Terrible company

Terrible company The people delivering often pretend they ve tried to deliver to your house by calling you hanging up then not answering when you try to call back This has happened a few times They claim they ring on the doorbell but never do It s down to bad management - the delivery people see they can get away with not going out to make deliveries by showing they made a phone call as evidence they tried An easy way to avoid doing their job

They do not desrve even a star Very bad service and made up reasons for their filures Do not use and is unfortunte that Amazon es is using them for Portugal deliveries With such low services is no wonder why so many Portuguese choose to live abroad

The worst postal company in Europe and possibly the world I m genuinely afraid to buy anything online because of your service It is absolutely horrendous Receiving these notifications with zero communication has become a daily occurrence It was impossible to get to the address and The recipient did not answer Complete nonsense

Second time of over 15 minutes trying

Second time of over 15 minutes trying and this time failing to post a small 2kg parcel Assistant disappears for 3 minutes whilst the other just looks blankly at paper and computer ignoring others behind meAfter over 15 minutes assistant says I have to fill a tax form in electronically to send the baby floats as her machine wasn t working 4 parcels an hour can t see CTT lasting on postal services

Had tracking for a shipment First date not delivered reason hit issues Next delivery date driver rang but didn t speak then hung up They do this to make out they have tried to deliver the parcel Update moments later your parcel was not delivered as recipient was not available I ve tried to complain to CTT but they are just as bad as the delivery drivers

I work from home

I work from home and it s funny how their excuses are always that no one was available to receive the package or that it was impossible to reach the adress Even if there was a construction work nearby it would never stop them from delivering it there are many streets that lead to my adress Hate it when o buy something with the promise that it will be here on this day and it almost never arrives due to the laziness of CTTs workers Especially when its meant to arrive on fridays it never does I hate this service i always avoid them when I can but unfortunately in most occasions its not possible

Not careful for delivery

They delivered my parcel at wrong location and they do not tell me about it My passport is lost in this parcel by ctt They do not listen to customer problem and they are not telling to me about it s delivery proof or receipt

Terrible service

Terrible service Unreliable and always delayed I work from home and my office desk is 1 meter from my front door and yet they are not ashamed to write that the recipient did not answer which is an absolute LIE This happened multiple times already and usually takes 2 more days to deliver than the expected delivery date

One of the worst delivery services in the world

One of the worst delivery services I ve encountered around the world and I ve lived in many places They send you a 12 hour window to wait for a parcel and then at the end of the day the cancel the delivery saying external factors have affected it or that they couldn t pass by your building Such unacceptable customer service and of course nobody to talk to and their website is SO BAD that most links are errors or a fillable form does not actually let you fill it in They should be ashamed of themselves but sadly they don t care one bit

Hopefully not too late but

You re probably reading this after and not before using this company But if you re one of the very few people doing research in advance this is your warning Don t use them to send or receive anything or you ll lose your goods Also if you shop online or have people sending you goods to Portugal insist they don t use CTT or you ll lose your time mind and goods
