Excellent customer service

Have bought two pairs of glasses from Cubitts so far both have been great quality and at a very reasonable price Had to contact customer service when ordering the second pair as had an issue with my account which was my fault and they resolved my issue within a day or two always replied to my emails quickly Great experience with them so far and will be using them again in the future

Excellent customer service from Cubitts I damaged the arm of my glasses so it needed replacing Customer Services were incredibly helpful and sent me a postage label for the repair workshop The glasses were back within a week and the cost was only 25 No other high street optician would offer such a good value service Our whole family are Cubitts fans Such a great opticians

Cubitts Cheapside - Superb

I recent had an eye test and purchased two pairs of glasses from Cubitts Cheapside The team there are all amazing really friendly great service and good advice on styles etc I moved away from my day to day thick rimmed black specs to try olive tortoise shell and they look superb I opted for varifocals which I have previously tried to use unsuccessfully from a high street opticians but these ones are perfect Thanks for a great service and also a great product

Fabulous and stylish

Fabulous and stylish I love love love my glasses and wear them everyday Don t bother with contacts anymore My new glasses fit perfectly and go with everything but I ll be heading back very soon for another pair as there are so many lovely frames Super friendly and helpful team Highly recommended

Back again for new reading glasses

Both my husband and I had our first pair of reading glasses from Cubitts on recommendation of our daughter and now we ve just been back for eye tests and new pairs plus new lenses prescription in the old frame as back up We love the choice of frames the friendly and professional team and above all supporting a smaller specialist company rather than a huge chain

Fast response I was having a bit of difficulty with my prescription external and Cubitts offered to test me themselves free of charge and extend my warranty as a result just in case the lenses needed to be re-done Cubitts glasses really are beautiful items and the staff have always been lovely to me First class experience
