Amazing customer service I love my glasses High quality and very reasonably priced I had to come in a couple of times for adjustments and the service was impeccable Very skilled staff who know and love what they are doing Can t recommend highly enough

In the recent past I have been wearing Salt frames purchasing them from eBay as they are so expensive to buy off-the-shelf Looking for a new set of specs I visited similar competitor offerings to Cubitts as well as the regular suspects on the high street but was struck by the number of positive reviews for Cubitts here on TrustPilot as well as their frame design aesthetic and the fact that they dispense Zeiss lenses Myself and my wife therefore took the trip to Leeds we live in Liverpool - and it was well worth the journey I got myself two pairs and my wife got herself a pair also - all with Zeiss Smartlife Superb varifocal lenses I didn t make a note of the guy who looked after us but he was briliant Must have spent a good couple of hours with us selecting the best frames and didn t try to upsell or anything like that They arrived today and I am delighted with them Better even than Salt by a square mile Would highly recommend Cubitts thank you

I was searching for a specific pair of glasses that were no longer available online However I had tried the same model at one of their stores a week before When I inquired about the discrepancy the store staff clarified that the model was being discontinued As they reached a lower amount of stock the model was automatically removed from the website to avoid any logistics issues They provided valuable guidance and offered to request the model from another store Additionally their online support team adjusted the online order to my expectations From both in-store and online sides I felt perfectly assisted and assured that I would get what I wanted This is why I keep coming back for more since I bought my first glasses with them

Eight weeks after purchasing two Judd frames one for reading and the other for long distance it turned out they were too small Towards the end of February I noticed that the left arm of the reading glasses was quite wobbly but with the help of my glasses repair kit I managed to secure the screw successfully and continued to use my glasses About 4 weeks later I noticed that both arms looked significantly bowed and I wondered if the glasses were too small As I had them for nearly 60 days I went to the store and re-ordered two new pairs medium size I contacted Cubitts via email and they offered me to return the small frames free of charge and reimburse them as they didn t want me to keep the glasses that will be of no use to me I didn t expect this to be the outcome and to say I m over the moon is an understatement Thank you Cubitts you re amazing

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone at Cubitts for such a great turnaround ingetting my new specs to me double quick sticks after I left my most recent pair in the back of a London Black cab 6 days from ordering them which is pretty AMAZING I absolutely love them too I went for the Cruickshank this time round and they really are so cool I can t believe that Cubitts make these amazing glasses for such a reasonable price I m considering getting another pair possibly in a different colour Honestly I couldn t recommend them highly enough beautifully made good quality and stylish what more could you ask for - oh how about really knowledgeable staff that helps too

Ordered a pair of glasses form them a week before Christmas as I was recommended them never really cared much about my glasses before felt just like putting on a uniform before work didn t care about them as I just had to wear them I fell in love instantly amazing quality and I got them delivered in just a few days to Ireland from London Couldn t believe it Will 100 be a loyal customer from here on out Can t wait to visit a shop in person next time I m in London

Bought my first pair on line and collected them yesterday from the Leeds branch Excellent service from Callum who adjusted my old frames as well whilst I collected my new glasses I think Cubitts should open another branch in the north to save me the trip down to Leeds I love the quality of them Looked a buying a pair three years ago as thought the styling was just up my street Having a branch up north makes things easier -go on treat yourself

I ve been a cubitts customers for 8 years now every year I m impressed with how the company is defining it s creative language through frames publishings an exceptional website Id also like to provide a huge thank you to the awesome colleagues at Hampstead store The 4 lovely ladies that I have met there are shining examples of exceptional customer service The care attention they put in dealing with my queries- makes me return to Cubitts time time again Cubitts is in my top 10 respected brands not for eyewear- but top 10 period their design language overall aesthetic just speaks to me as a customer nay fan I wish the company all associated teams much success Can t wait to see their future collections how they break boundaries in the eyewear industry

Customer service went out of their way to track discontinued frames for me and had them sent to my local branch Staff in branch were very friendly and helpful and made adjustments to personalise fit and discuss future service options Great service from start to finish
