The bed itself is stylish sturdy and well made Lots of great designs to choose from with is fab The delivery was arranged with 24 hour notice which didn t leave much room to make arrangements On top of that the driver was late Should have arrived between 11am and 4pm but arrived at 7 We had to chance to get an eta which was poor and let the experience down by some way The beds are great but the customer service or lack of displayed busy the delivery team took the shine off the purchase

Pleased with bed Only two faults one we weren t aware of date of deliver until two days before no good when working What s your health and safety policy a man was delivering heavy goods by himself

The website was informative and told me everything I needed to know I was happy that they sold small double beds as these are harder to find I ordered samples and although they were quite scrappy in the way they were presented they did give me a clear idea of the material The bed is really lovely and easy to assemble apart from some hooks that join the two parts of the base together These didn t work so well The communication about delivery was poor We were given 24 hours notice before the bed was coming and then it arrived 5 hours after the scheduled time However the bed is great and now it s here that s what matters The price was also great

The bed is great divan wingback Good quality easy assembly and well packaged There were delays in delivery due to an unreliable courier we live quite remote which is the only reason i didnt give 5 stars

Great value although very minor damage in transit which is completely out of view when the headboard is installed - not worth returning and probably the fault of the courier

Friendly helpful and quick delivery Also when ordering i did not pay for delivery to bedroom just to front door when the delivery driver saw I was on my own he offered to take bed upstairs if I need him to Just a Great company Jay was very friendly and kept me updated on the delivery

The bed is lovely easy to put together The only thing is the lack of communication from them about delivery Saying it can be delivered between 2 to 10 days then the delivery driver will call 24hours before isn t suitable has I needed to arrange for someone to be at mine for collection cause of working I would have rather knew a date so I could book it of work rather than rely on others to help me out

Lovely headboard although it didn t fit flush against the wall as slightly warped I thought the wall mounting fixings were expensive 20 for what they are light aluminum and a few screws the raw plugs included were not long enough for the screws

Bed is beautifully designed however we brought the base reinforced but I don t think it is It is very hollow and thin If it is then paying extra for this is a waste of money Unfortunately due to moving I am unable to send back and await a new one The colour and bed frame are perfect the headboard is very heavy and of good quality and it is lovely to look at Mattress is good

I was really worried about this purchase I had ordered from another small UK business which advertised 5-10day delivery however wanted to deliver a month after purchase I cancelled that order and purchased from Cuddlybeds At first I was sceptical as they would not provide a delivery date email responses were extremely vague and generic and overall feel seemed like them didnt give a However after persuing I was advised on a Thursday that my delivery would arrive either Saturday or Sunday The Friday I received a vague email to say my delivery was scheduled Saturday 8am-12pm and to wait in No courier or tracking info provided 12pm passed and no word Went on online chat where responses were slow I then received a text from driver to say he had a punctured tyre and was 3 hours behind Meanwhile online chat responded and provided a driver number which was different to the person who had already text me 3pm came I text the driver the one who had text me asking for an ETA he replied almost instantly advising of 7pm Arrived a little after 7pm and the driver showed up on his own with an extremely heavy bed Overall I ordered on a Friday and received my bed the following Saturday The customer service and organisation seems awful however the poor alone delivery driver seemed to be doing his best and the bed is lovely
