EDIT 28 3- I had someone from this company call me asking that I remove my review which is bizarre I wonder how many other reviews have been changed removed after them calling out I still believe mine to be a fair reflection of the experience I received and hope the company improve their standards in future I have no idea what the quality of their beds are like because I refuse to place an order after having received their fabric samples They arrived in an envelope and were just scraps of material completely unlabelled I had to go through my emails to find out who had even sent them- I thought it was a joke at first Why would anyone order a bed when the sample quality is awful and the brand don t even label what sample is what and what brand they came from So bizarre and glad I ve now purchased a bed with tempur

Bed is terrible
Bed is terrible I suppose I should have known better you get what u pay for Was literally just a bit of fabric stabled to wood Not to mention they didn t even send me the correct headboard Was sent straight back Only good thing about it was the delivery driver was very helpful

Delivery did not arrive
Received less than 24 hours notice that my bed would be delivered between 12 noon and 5pm Waited in all day as time slots cannot be offered Bed still not received by 5pm Tried tracking my order online only for my order number not to be valid Tried calling Cuddly Beds only to be placed on hold for 40 minutes Delivery arrived 4 5 hours late 9 30pm As I was now not home they called me and wanted to leave my bed on my drive I told them they would need to reschedule my delivery Cuddly Beds delivery service is extremely poor As my bed has still not be delivered I am not able to review the quality of my order

Bought a bed through cuddly beds
Bought a bed through cuddly beds Tried calling them with no response multiple times When I did get through they could not find my order and that they would speak to their manager and get back to me They did not get back to me I tried calling again another 10 times before getting through after being on hold for 40 minutes I ordered the bed first over a month ago and I have since emailed them 20 times to get the courier delivery date to which they have still not got a courier delivery date Unsure if I will ever get this bed or if its a scam and I have been robbed AVOID

Absolute joke of a company
If you want to be messed around by utter cowboys then go here The worst customer service I have ever come across and the beds are rubbish and so badly made Once they take your money they don t want to know you Also claiming to be an Irish company but based in and ship everything from the UK AVOID The reply below from them is nonsense They don t answer their phones or reply to emails

Don t ever buy from cuddly beds
I m giving one star because you can t give no stars Cuddly beds have been an absolute joke my bed was delivered damaged on 7th March requested for the headboard to be exchanged and I m still waiting Communication has been awful only updated when I chase if they bother to reply that is Couriers don t turn up or turn up with the wrong thing promised a partial refund which has never happened Jay is the only person who you get communication from and he seems like he doesn t care if this is sorted or not requested for my complaint to be dealt with by a manager again no response Don t ever buy anything from cuddly beds

I never leave reviews but please stay clear of this company Their beds are cardboard and their customer service is non existent I can t understand how they are still in business

Just dont bother
I had 0 communication from the company as to when I would expect my order to be delivered I had to chase them up Was lied to on several occasions as to when my order would be delivered was given a day and then was also lied to about that and ended up being delivered 2 days later they claimed it was the couriers fault Offered a partial refund which I accepted was told it would take 3-5 working days and then had to chase them about that too And ended up getting a very dissappointing 20 Would not use this company again
