Love the bed I recently purchased from here Excellent quality of bed and mattress is also very good and comfortable Excellent customer service responded quickly to my enquiry after purchase The only slight issue I had was with the delivery I was given a time of between 5 and 8 but it came at lunch time when I was at work which meant I had to leave work to take delivery but other than that everything was spot on Happy customer and would recommend highly

Really quick response to questions online and sample swatches received the next day The fact you can pause delivery until you re ready is also a great advantage Haven t had the bed yet but if it s half as good as the customer service then we will be very happy

Samples came really quick and they answer any queries promptly A customer services Delivery driver rang before delivery and was the loveliest gentleman- a credit to cuddly company Bed is well made and definitely recommend having it reinforced as it has a padded base Absolutely love my bed thank you

Received our bed delivery and I can t quite believe the quality of what has arrived for the price I paid The bed and headboard are so heavy and sturdy and the quality of the plush silver fabric is excellent The orthopaedic mattress is again excellent quality and really comfortable Really excellent customer service fast dispatch and delivery will be ordering another one soon given how impressed we are Thank you Cuddly Beds

I ordered the bed thursday and it got delivered saturday Super quick turn around and the bed is beautiful Just what we wanted its solid but soft at the same time the mattress is comfortable and just look s stunning in our bedroom would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bed

Excellent all round service

My daughter ordered a small double bed and headboard recently from Cuddly Beds Both items were delivered on time but unfortunately the headboard was the wrong size The aftersales service was EXCELLENT with quick response and replacement provided within a few days The quality and value for money is EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend this company

I ordered a bed with no storage options as I wanted something quick and simple My circumstances then changed and I needed a bed with storage I didn t want to order a whole new bed so I was offered an ottoman base at a great price Very impressed Great customer service They were responsive and helpful when it came to delivery time and very accommodating Would definitely recommend and use again
