Artist s be aware of this platform They don t pay you any money My art had been there for years and had great reviews from customers who bought it but I did not get any money for that They also don t reply to your emails Scammers

I have had an account for several years

I have had an account for several years with Curioos with a very extensive portfolio The images that were included in my Curioos portfolio have been and still are very profitable selling images on several other online market platform that have been paying me residuals for years yet Curioos claims that there has not been even one sale of ANY of my images When I inquired as to why I had not seen any revenue it took multiple emails and the last one prior to any response I threatened to close my account only after threatening to close my account did they respond informing me that I had not even one sale kinda strange that they only responded to my inquiries when I threatened to close my account that supposedly had generated no sales hmmmmm why be concerned with me closing a non profitable account

Don t buy from here

Really disappointed Sent me a print that was damaged and when I reached out for them to fix it they just ignored me Terrible customer service Don t buy from here

Scam site that does not pay artists We sell online in various places with thousands of revenue from each - this scammers didn t pay us a single cent in half year SCAAAAAAAAAM DO NOT SELL THERE - - curioos

Had many designs on there for months

Had many designs on there for months that sell really well across other platforms I never received one sales report from curioos and when I chased them for one was told the person in charge of those was away I m still waiting for a report and have now removed all of my designs from the site

They don t pay artist This company is deceiving artists They doesn t pay your commissions During the 1 year that our art was on sale there was not a single sale I asked support to check and they sent me a screenshot with the wrong PayPal address But according to our correspondence they already corrected it 11 months ago And here he is again unfaithful I asked them to fix it again But 6 months have passed again - not a single sale not a single payment And yes there are sales on other marketplaces TP RB S6

SCAM

SCAM I ve just done a charge back on my credit card with this company as I ordered stuff on 2 separate occasions over 2-weeks ago and have received no email regarding shipment Emailed several times absolutely no response DO NOT GET SCAMMED

Very bad customer service

For framed prints order elsewhere They are slow and will take an age to communicate with you Good product yes but overall I would NOT recommend them anymore A real pity
