The curtains was not as described The company customer service team lied when approached about it They lied about the product And they lied in order to wave their right to not pay for post and package and therefore unfairly charged me even after my formal statement Will never trust this company again and I will never recommend them

The size you order compared to what you actually recieve are totally different Sure they do not know how to read orderes as my size was incorrect 36 inch ordered and recieved 32 inchThe nets which I ordered are so thin they serve no purpose I ll go to my local market if future

This company have not delivered my purchased Mackintosh white Net curtains and have refused to take any action but have asked for a review Here you go Would appreciate someone making contact asap

Really thin See the sun shine through Not fully lined Not lined AT ALL Fed up with nonsense dishonest sellers who have no respect for honesty or their customers I have been through enough hassle with deliveries and returns for a lifetime Seriously disappointed UPDATE 13 02 2023 I received a reply insisting their crushed velvet curtains are lined These are eyelet curtains and have NO lining They clearly think customers are liars or stupid They said I should get in touch with Customer Services but gave no details and there is nothing on the website either other than Sales otherwise I would have done from the outset They advertised fully lined curtains and these are not A Trading Standards issue which will hopefully make them realise they cannot treat us like fools A massively arrogant and horrible company to deal with NEVER AGAIN

Awful customer service Do not shop with this company Refunds are robbery Charges full refund for item that doesn t cost the amount They argue with customers and ignore anything u say and speak robotic Disgusting serviceAs stated by other negative reviews short changes u in refundsStill owes me part of the refund but refuses to pay it back

They sent me the wrong curtains and then lied on an email saying they didn t sell the curtains I ordered yet the website has loads for sale and expected me to pay postage for return of curtains that I didn t order not nice company

Researched white lined net curtains online when this company popped up ordered the curtains I was astonished to receive grey nets I mean who buys grey nets The company insists I ordered silver which are actually grey I m confused how would the default colour not be white great way to get rid of old tat I still need the white curtains but I ll get them somewhere else not impressed with the service

This company sent out an item which was nothing like the item we saw on the site then informed us if we wanted a refund we would have to foot the return costs so when I saw that this company wasn t registered with companies house and the profile for them was showing as dissolved on Company Check I asked them to provide a company number Anyway as promised here is my review of our experience with CurtainsDirect2U Good luck with your purchase

Purchased 2 pairs of the same curtain both undersized in both width and length Length by over 1 width by 3 Yes I can return them but this close to Christmas getting replacements is not viable Very annoyed

The curtains that arrived were not cut very well at the sides A bit disappointed as the last curtain I bought from this company was cut neatly They spoil the edge of the curtains at the windows The sides need checking before they are sent to ensure a good quality cut The use of a a long ruler with tailor chalk helps
