ORDERED 4 INDIVIDUAL NET CURTAINS BUT

I ORDERED 4 INDIVIDUAL NET CURTAINS BUT IT ARRIVED IN ONE HOLE PIECE SO I HAVE HAD TO PAY A SEAMSTRESS TO CUT THEM INTO FOUR THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS AT LEAST THE DELIVERY WAS ON TIME

EXTREMELY THIN

These curtains are extremely thin I feel that people can see straight through them if my light is on I read the reviews before buying but only one person said they were thin so I chanced it I thought that because they are lined they would be ok I wouldn t recommend

Positives - lovely design my daughter loves them and very soft Delivery was quick Great sale priceNegatives - curtains are NOT blackout They have a silky silver lining on the back Teamed with a black out blind they are fine

Wrong type of curtail linings were delivered I then had to incur the inconvenience of taking the returned items to the Post Office with a QR code before the refund was made I asked for some compensation all they offered me was a faster delivery if I chose to order with them again

The Victoria net curtains were 1 inch too short

The Victoria net curtains were 1 inch short at 47 not 48 we were advised to stretch them which we did but they quickly returned to the original length fell far too short of the window sill I would suggest a word with the manufacturer to get the drop correct or a rewording of the description We had no problems returning them received a refund

Thermal black out curtains purchased

Thermal black out curtains purchased Advertised as 90 black out but not effective enough for me unfortunately still let in too much light Update- at the time I was informed by customer service that I could return the curtains for a refund but only if the header had not been tampered with Obviously the header had been adjusted to fit the curtains in order to find out the next morning that they let in loads of light I had to purchase a pair of black out curtain linings from Dunelm for 12 to resolve the problem

Curtains shrunk when washed before hunging

Efficient and swift service but regrettably the net curtains shrunk when washed before hanging them Unfortunately there was no cautionary pre-advice on this issue Bought net curtains on 13 2 2024 and on 16 04 2024 of the exact height of the window but now the curtains are 3 to 4 inches short and look bad Would a refund be in order

Flaw in fabric Not really blackout curtain although the company will tell you they are 90 The curtains are wavy at the edges where they haven t been cut properly or stretched when sewingReturned for a refund which was promptly processed
