I ordered boxes and other products for my company and I am using this company Custom Boxes World UK since 2018 for all of my custom printed products and we never faced any issue in printing or in shipping Darren and his team super helpful from the beginning of the order until the end

I m really happy with the quatlity of the boxes that I ordered from Custom Boxes World UK The finish is great and makes my product look awesome Darren was also very helpful in helping me achieve the desired results It s also very affordable I ll definitely work with him again

These customboxesworld co uk are Indian or Barma based scammers who just took my brand new card details and used them fraudulently for shopping After i checked my card issuer they confirmed me that the IP used for card processing was outside UK I got my money back from my card issuer and i have also reported them to fraud agency as well

I ordered beard oil boxes and labels for our new product range and the quality was poor The colours did not match the CMYK or Pantone colours provided At close inspection I could even see the dots as it looked like their printers needed a headclean or something Furthermore the lamination was peeling off in the corners of the boxes and when folded up the lamination would crack in the creases After receiving the first parcel I noticed that they were shipped from Lahore Pakistan Now I wouldn t mind where they came from but I was told this was a UK company and they didn t outsource printing I complained about the issues and I was promised the issues would be resolved and they would do a reprint After around 3 weeks later having delayed our product launch I got the packaging back and again the quality was so poor I could not use them I complained again and again I was told they could do a reprint At this point I did nt want to waste anymore time so I asked for a refund I ve not had any reply from Darren or anyone else from this company No response to calls or emails They ve completely ignored me I ve wasted over 500 on packaging that is too poor to use Moral of this story if you want quality printing DO NOT use these cowboys

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received in my lifetime Back in 2020 this team did a phenomenal job with my cosmetic boxes the quality was amazing the service was impeccable so naturally I returned for them to work on another project Fast forward two years on and my oh my the difference my boxes were extremely late in delivery and when I got in touch with Darren he explained they were unable to send my boxes because his boss had RUN OUT OF MONEY After a day or two of back and forth Darren had to take money from his own account to pay for my boxes to be released they arrived and they seemed to be fine the colour was right text quality of the box etc This was until a couple of months later when my product had launched and started sending brand orders i had a slew of customer feedback explaining the boxes were falling apart when they received their package in the mail meaning the boxes were not constructed properly When I informed Darren of this he told me just to get some cheap glue and glue the box back together myself not once did he apologise before I instructed him to do so and he was incredibly defensive and rude After questioning him more about this very strange company he informed me that although they advertise as though they are UK based they are in fact based in Lahore Pakistan including Darren himself This completely made sense to me as with this service there s no way they could be based in London as they portray because they would have customers pulling up to the gate With the company being based in Pakistan they are able to take your money and pretty much not have to do anything about it if you re an unhappy customer Please do not ignore this warning This company is a mess and extremely unprofessional doing business with them is risky and not worth the stress As you can probably guess I will never return to do another project with this team and if I could have given them a star rating of -3 I would have
