I reached out to Custom Made for an engagement ring for my Star Wars loving partner They were so helpful creative and responsive throughout the entire process Even though I didn t love the first two sketches they took my comments and created the most perfect ring for my partner We are so beyond happy and it s all thanks to Custom Made and their staff

Every agent I worked with was helpful professional and very timely I had a perfect experience The artists added every tiny detail I requested and they suggested a few more as well The final product was an amazing yellow sapphire ring with diamonds on the outside plus bee motifs in the metalwork

Great Opportunity for Precision and Value

I worked with a couple of Jewelry Consultants a Gem Expert and a Production Lead at various points throughout the process of creating an engagement ring and wedding band Each of the people was helpful honest and knowledgeable The biggest issue I had was that the message response times were sometimes inconsistent it would usually take about a day to get a response Taking some extra time really didn t bother me as it enabled me to really be precise about my desires It took about 60 days from start to finish to design create and receive the completed rings I never felt like anyone was trying to sell me on anything beyond what I was looking for The rings turned out exactly as I was hoping and the pricing was very reasonable Additionally the process for sending in the rings to get them resized a couple of months after originally receiving the rings went smoothly and was very valuable

Awesome company even more awesome people They were so consistent and friendly Very thorough and never missed a beat during the entire process Initial consultation was awesome and every step of the way they answered every question and made sure I knew what was what and kept me up to date during the creation of the ring The ring came out absolutely amazing and my now fiance loves it
