Very poor customer service
Initially the service was very promising however there was a massive delay in receiving the shelves and although I spoke to Dan and requested specific lengths and widths of the shelves minimal width 23cm and maximum length 103cm they all come at 110cm which was too long for the recess and the shortest point was 15cm which is too narrow Therefore we had to pay to have them cut to the correct size and stuck with a shelf that is too narrow I then requested additional floating wall screws and was promised them over a month ago currently I am still waiting Although the shelves are of a fantastic quality and such a reasonable price the service and contact is appalling

I do not recommend the seller I ordered Rustic Scaffold Board Shelving on the 9th of March and delivery time was within 2 weeks but order arrived 2 months later and what i received was nothing like the picture on their website It was a very poor quality product that I put in the bin The communication from the seller too was very poor I contacted them on 29 March to say item has not arrived no response contacted them again on 6 April to cancel it as it was taking too long and I no longer need the item they responded and said they will chase up with evri I emailed again to say please cancel it as I no longer need it no response Then on 5th of May I found a package on my doorstep when I opened it could t believe my eyes this was the same item that I saw on their website it s a really poor quality and I would not use it for anything It s a waste of money
