I signed up for this in the spring and haven t used it I hurt my arm and have not been on my bike to speak of So it may work it may be motivating but i need to finish PT before i can get started on this plan

Hi the concept is awesome and the exercises good Its just very difficult to access because its a web platform an app works much easier

It s a good program and it does work Just wish it was a little more flexible for those with changing schedules I know an app is coming out and that will be great because the website sucks Constantly have to reset my weeks because it doesn t show anything completed and won t let me move up due to a glitch But overall the program is excellent The riding routines work and I have lost over 40 lbs in 4 months and my wife 65 in 6

There are two main things that I think

There are two main things that I think could be improved One having the option of combining the training with other sports since it is not easy to go for a ride during the week Second more vegetarian and vegan dishes on the diet side

Got my workouts

Got my workouts and plan in a very timely manner Seemed simple and straight forward Within days of starting the program I unfortunately was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had to completely change from the systems Struggled to do rides without crashes ect Had I been able to continue following the system I m sure I would have enjoyed it and the results and left a 5 star review
