All in all I was pretty impressed by this app I ve been trying to lose weight and this app really helped me visualize what I need to do and as they say exercise is only half the battle You have to come in with a meal strategy as well and it helped on that end as well It s not perfect but it s probably one of the best meal plan exercise apps I ve come across so far

Super easy to log calories and workouts Either use the recipes that they give you automatic update or enter manually So far the food has been great and fun to make Not your everyday boring choices with very tasty meals

Very useful

I enjoy using this app as it has helped me to become more active and healthy by losing weight and gaining muscle I love that the cycling plan and the meal plans are personalized and tailored to my BMI So far I have lost 2kgs in 1 and 1 2 weeks

I love this application The Feed Section has tons of pertinent information very well organized The Training Plan section is an incredibly versatile tool for setting up an exercise regimen The Meal Plan section takes the stress out of recording all your meals manually and is a great tool

The Cycling Diet created by Innodiets UAB is a professionally built Cycling mobile application which administers your cycling programme It has a diet and nutrition plan includes warm up exercises and provides tips on safety and cycling It also includes gps location tracking providing you insights of your cycling It has a nice and neat scheduling plan of your training and an activities logs section providing you details of your exercises where all your cycling can be viewed logged and recorded all in one place

I found them on instagram and pretty much got sucked in with all this information about cycling and the benefits of it It took me almost a month to make the first step but I DID IT I got myself a plan What can I say all those reasons to choose cycling were true haha I am happy I decided to go with Cyclingdiet to lose weight and improve my health Great job guys keep up the great work you re doing

App is a game-changer

At first I was unfortunate with the plan but in September of 2021 they ve released an app which is an incredible game-changer You get a REAL meal plan which is fully adjustable previously it was just a pdf file so a significant improvement The other thing is that you can customize the cycling plan itself you can change the number of rides the fitness levels to reach even better results For me the great additional feature was the GPS and now the app tracks your rides you can see the history and the route you took on your last ride So after using the app for around one month I ve upgraded my plan from a 3-month subscription to a 12-month one It doesn t look like I ll be using something else

I am recovering from surgery and I gained over 20 pounds while I was in hospital for four months I decided to try the cycle diet because I m having issues walking still I had an amputation of my big toe and a little part of my foot so I can t walk very well I thought cycling would be an easier alternative and have been riding my indoor stationary bike and following the program I m so bad out of shape that I can t do the 35 minutes at a time but I am doing the best I can Even with my limitations I have still managed to lose 9 pounds in the past three and a half weeks So I give this program to big thumbs up

Cycling Diet it s an excellent step by step guide that lets me know exactly what i need to do before during and after my rides The warm-ups and cool-downs truly make cycling a more rewarding experience with little too no soreness afterwards Id highly recommend them to anybody trying to get themselves healthy and keep on a easy to follow schedule

Amazing It s one-of-a-kind and extremely effective This program was recommended to me and it operates well The meal content prevents food boredom which can occur with other apps It provides you with a large number of statistics to track and keeps you up to date
