Scam in the name of ecommerce

Daraz is exactly what turns away buyers from ecommerce stores Their incompetence is legendary It is amazing how such a large ecommerce platform can afford to scam its buyers like they do Most of the time the product will be delivered late or the completely wrong product will be delivered And then the pain of the returns begins Good luck getting your product returned properly

A joke ecommerce site

I ordered few essential items 7 days ago there is no sign of the items The groceries i can buy from shop below my house I just wanted to maintain lockdown but funny is - for one order around 20 items they sent 4 deliveries - hey wait still coming more I wanted to avoid people - buy i already had to face 4 different courier guy This is a total joke ecommerce site

They are literally robbing people

They are literally robbing people with their new delivery cost In a single month they increased their delivery charge to 6 more than before which is a permanent change I suppose and people have no choice but to pay the extra if they want to buy stuffs online as no other world renowned delivery services like Amazon Flipkart or FedEx are allowed in Bangladesh This country is ruined by both its government and the local corporations as they squeeze money from their own people by isolating them from the rest of the world and by controlling the market They didn t even allow PayPal here in spite of Bangladesh being one amongst the top 5 countries with most freelancers So yeah Daraz is a pretty bad company I guess

Horrible return policy

What a complete and utter joke of a returning process These incompetent fools have the nerve to send out their shoddy products right to your doorstep but when it inevitably turns out to be a defective piece of garbage they make you trek all the way to their store just to drop it off and demand that you have the original packaging to boot Are you kidding me What kind of absurdity is this It s plain to see that their primary objective is to deter people from bothering with the hassle of returning their worthless merchandise Pathetic and despicable

In the words of the fabulous Vin Diesel The word ain t been invented yet Honestly you can count almost all local and and some foreign companies among the providers of disgusting customer service here This is simply because there are no clear laws protecting customer rights no enforcement nor acknowledgement If they can rip you off they will If they can t they will die trying That s digital Bangladesh for you

11 11 campaign is fake they never give discount before starting the campaign they increased their product price and then they showed they providing discounts

They own one of the worst payment gateway that I ve ever seen Customer support team is also like a robot Zero-knowledge except for the cheat sheet

Tooo much unprofessional and hectic experience

At first I didn t receive my product and they told me that the product has delivered then they told me to apply for refund and now they rejected my refund request what sorts of unprofessional services is this Each time I called them and told me we are sorry bla bla I never ever going to use daraz again Not only that I won t recommend anyone to use their service

Pathetic behaviour towards their customers

At first the products I received were great back in early 2023 But now the products are just defective garbage useless and fake Daraz doesn t wanna take accountability of the products They don t wanna admit it They are truly run the shittest online market i ever seen Hope they improve their reputation with the customers and give the comers what they paid for or maybe ban the app from website and play store Why play with customers If they keep doing it we as customers will just boycott their counterfeit products and their unethical behaviour
