It took two months to get my order here in Finland I had to pay the taxes so i m going to make my orders to the other stores

Ordered new points in December they got dispatched on 23rd December 2021 still not received them sent email to darthub 1 week ago still no response Will not be using this company again

Not worth it

Shipped to Romania took around of 30 days Disappointed of customer service the t-shirts came larger and sent over 6 emails and they didn t bother to answer Probably this site is not recommended for international purchases Items bought were ok but again v disspaoiinted of how they handled my request to exchange the shirt to a smaller size In conclusion I would not buy anything from this site again

No tracking no quick reply and didn t receive my order

Hi I was looking for online dart suppliers When I found your shop I was really happy to find that it can ship to my country and that you have the darts set I am looking for I placed an order and received a confirmation email from you followed by another email informing me that the order is on its way and that I can track it but I couldn t find any tracking numbers I tried hard to contact you many times through email Facebook and an international call but got no answer After a few days I received an email informing me that the shipping was standard mail with no tracking option and usually it takes 5 to 6 days to arrive The order was placed on March 11th and I didn t receive it until this minute The order number is 13942

I received the wrong goods and I m still awaiting a reply via email about this I ordered points and received brass darts which had someone else s name on the invoice

I made an order and you did a refund without any explication I recommended you to my friends at first but quickly changed my opinion and told them to make their purchase elsewhere Yours Sincerely

Awaiting refund for 16 days with no response

Bought some darts which arrived fine however I returned them back to the supplier under the returns act Sent them back on a tracked service with a signature from the company on the 17th of April have sent three emails for an update on my refund with no reply back So far 16 days with no response
