I still haven t received my order

Poorly wrapped I bought this for my partner s birthday and the item was sent with too little packaging on it so the end of the packaging was taped directly on to the box When the item came my partner could see the top of the box identifying what the item was and the box was damaged from where it has been handled in transit Really disappointed
