"BAD return policy"
I bought three Davek umbrellas of different sizes and decided that the commuter size was just too small for me and I want to return it I looked into the return policy and found the policy to be very unfriendly Other companies would autogenerate a return shipping label for me Your company makes us to all the work for the return pay for return shipping and would deduct the original shipping cost from the refund That is a very bad return policy and I will not order any more products from your company Nor would I recommend you to my friends A good return policy is what people looking for these days in the age of online shopping

Bought the Duet umbrella from Davek s website before a trip to SE Asia The first rainy day I brought it out on literally today I found out the umbrella has a leak in the middle of the canopy Big drops of water drip-drip-dripping on my head while I m trying to stay dry For like 150 this is beyond unacceptable I checked and they want me to pay them MORE money to SHIP it to them so they can fix the faulty umbrella I ll just buy from a better company for far less What a scam Don t buy from this company it s all marketing and zero followthrough

"NOPE Feels Like a 20 Umbrella"
I see the reviews but sent mine right back I paid to ship it back 9 00 and then they deducted their shipping cost from my return 10 00 which is noted on the return policy So I lost 20 bucks to see thin fabric color not as saturated as the photos with a flimsy operating system I guess for an umbrella more costly than most I was expecting to get it when I held it It feels like a 20 umbrella Very surprised

I paid my money and they refuse to ship my order I bought two umbrellas for 150 00 every day I get a new excuse why they cant ship my order

This umbrella was bought 3 years ago It never really worked fully I ve only used it about five times and now it has broken completely as it won t close really disappointed My advice would be save your money I could have bought a new cheaper umbrella every year for the price of this

After a few uses the umbrella broke It was repaired and after 1 use it broke I now use a 30 umbrella and it lasts through windy days Davek wouldn t survive that
