Received my umbrella tried it out and would not close automatically Fresh out of the box Wrote to customer support and they ask that I provide video proof of my problem Really I paid 150 for it and want it to work properly out of the box I trust you to send a quality working product but you don t trust your customer This is my 2nd umbrella

I wanted to love this umbrella but I just can t I know it s the lowest end of their umbrellas I bought it because it s small and I wanted to take it to Europe The quality is less than desirable I paid extra for an umbrella that I thought would stand the test of time This umbrella isn t it Maybe the bigger ones are better quality

The product is amazing UPS stinks They should get a new delivery service UPS has bee telling me for three days they are going to deliver At the end of the day they send out a note stating the package was delayed I waited all day and then UPS does not deliver I think they should just go ahead and add the S into their name USPS

We want this umbrella to be the last umbrella you will ever need - however you can t get the color you have ordered and paid for so awful experience so far do you really want to own an umbrella for that long if it is not in your chosen color just hope the experience of owning the umbrella is better than Davek ordering purchase process

"Slow service"
Hi Sorry for the 2 stars but I m not able to rate the actual umbrella yet as it hasn t arrived I placed my order on 4 7 got a UPS notification that it shipped on 4 12 and it s supposed to be here tomorrow on 4 19 The whole process seems pretty slow to me especially since it s raining hard outside right now and I would have loved to have been able to use it today
