Your curriculum is over priced I went to order extra leaders manuals any was horrified to discover you wanted way over 100 per book This is most likely the very last DC Cook curriculum I would dare to purchase

Misleading shipping

I placed an order on December 21st and purchased the 2 day air shipping for 22 99 in order to receive the order for Christmas Fedex tracking said I would not receive it until December 26th Who would pay 2 day shipping if they knew they d be receiving it after Christmas Disappointed I asked to be reimbursed the difference of 14 since normal shipping is 8 99 I was informed they would not do that because the 22nd and 26th were considered the 2 business days It was a pretty abrupt response I do not agree with that decision because that was not made clear upon ordering I am just very disappointed especially because it will be awhile now until I can get these gifts to my friends

I sent two message through your contact stating that I had ordered for Fall 2023 and y all sent devotion books for Summer 2023 that I already have VERY aggravated as I sent two messages asking for it to be changed after I saw on confirmation email that the wrong ones were picked

Delay in Shipping with No Communication or Concern

It s more than a week later and my order has not shipped yet I called yesterday and the representative appeared unconcerned about my inquiry there was no urgency to correct the issue However I was informed that my order is in a status wherein it was too late for me to cancel it Now I just wait with no anticipated date to communicate to my participants that are awaiting their Sunday school books

Ordered Adult Resources and digital download code is sent via postal mail only Package was late and delayed thru USPS No follow up from customer service after phone inquiry asking for help and solution

Ridiculously Slow

We ordered the materials on 8 31 24 understanding that it probably would not be processed until 9 3 24 due to the holiday An email was received in 9 10 24 stating the order was processed and shipped Then another email was received on 9 12 24 stating it was in route Why does it take the actual company the material comes from almost two weeks to send an order that still has not been received If this was the 1990s I could see this being a reality We are strongly considering another publishing company for our materials Your product is great but your service is horrible

I ordered 2 teacher books and 4 student books for our Teen Sunday School class You sent me 6 teacher books and no student books Our cities UPS is practically shut down do I have returned the order at a cost from the US postal service for 13 00 not to mention the inconvenience This was my experience Could you please send the correct revised order via US mail or Fed Express Thank you

My order was filled incorrectly I asked for the the Echoes Adult teacher guide 1080-2 and Echo adlt student I received two students guides and no teachers guide My account is 1086546 The order is listed correctly on the packing list but I did not receive exactly what is on the list
