I paid to receive my order in 2 days but it took 4 days Didn t have needed books for Sunday school Money wasn t refunded

The price is high for a pdf

The price is high for a pdf the book it self is 112 pages but the pdf has 224 because at the middle of the book it starts all over again The pages are not ready to print letter size they left the foot page in all of them I was expecting greater quality for the price

Fraudulent Billing

I was pleased with the publication however not the billing The initial price of 11 99 went up to over 17 00 Illinois State Tax 1 00 USDElgin City Tax 0 24 USDKane County Tax 0 12 USD I live in the city of Chicago Illinois Cook County Not Elgin or Kane County but was billed for a sales tax of two suburbs which are not a part of Chicago your billing system needs a review as I consider this type billing to be incorrect

I am disappointed in the timeframe of getting product out still not traceable but my money is traceable you have my money but I don t have tracking or an estimated delivery date Disappointed because you large enough business and the length of time you have been in business just disappointed

Overall the content was good but I was disappointed in the outdatedness of the posters and such We really wanted something a little modern as far as the items that would be displayed

I ordered two Adult Teacher s Guides and when they arrived both of them were wet on the entire bottom quarter It probably happened during shipping and I would not expect it to happen again

I m still waiting for someone to respond about establishing our tax-exempt status and about a refund for the sales tax we were charged I ve send two emails but received no reply
