WASTE OF MONEY

All there forms are available free online Dont waste your money The website entices you to think that all you need is right there BUT once they get your payment that s is There is ZERO support I reluctantly purchased their product and noticed right away that I couldn t use there forms there were adobe formatted locked I emailed them hoping for support but after almost 6 hours later I received a cowardly email stating our forms are not for you we have closed your account and refunded your money What a joke there right there forms are not for me there not for anyone else either HUGE MISTAKE

Deeds com can t file in the counties they say

Deeds com presented that they could e-file in the county I needed a filing performed in Captured my email phone etc as I had to open an account Opened the account uploaded the document and within 40 minutes had a reply that I would need to file this document myself What a waste of time This site is simply capturing email addresses and phone number and names DO NOT FALL FOR IT PHONY

Although I have followed instructions

Although I have followed instructions to the letter I have not been able to download OR print out the form I bought I asked for help and got a reply that had nothing to do with the problem in question So I paid 20 00 for nothing

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE I am a 22 year practicing attorney and I I have had a deeds com account for several months and I was very satisfied in the beginning However if I needed an answer to a question the answer never came I tried to call the facility but I never received a message back After ordering several deeds unbeknownst to me my account was deleted Access to the deeds I have purchased is denied as well I have tried to garner a response but can not This is not the way to run a business and as I have spent quite a but of money I would like the deeds that I ordered

Terrible customer service and dishonest

I left the following 1-star review on deeds com on Sept 23 I purchased a Quit Claim Deed package a couple weeks ago The included guide unfortunately didn t answer all the questions about my specific case of how to fill it out so I sent them a couple questions on Sept 8 It s now the 23rd and still no reply The form is a useless waste of money if I don t know how to fill it out in a legally-accurate way This time they replied literally within minutes by closing my account and sending me an email threatening legal action if I use the form I purchased They said they will send a refund which I look forward to seeing They did NOT post the review that I left on their website UPDATE My review has now posted to their website They have also sent a second very prompt letter now threatening legal action for posting reviews on 3rd party websites like this one It s a shame they weren t this diligent in responding to my customer service request

20 for a blank one page government form Our taxes are paying for the design and production of that form DEEDS has seized on an opportunity to install itself as the middleman in administering form issuance Our government is letting us down by abdicating its responsibilities and DEEDS is ripping us off with outrageously exorbitant prices for our forms 20 Outrageous

Absolutely terrible service They requested forms in a format that was against what the county wanted They would not answer questions directly and would not allow a call in The closed my account stating that the program was resolved and when I sent them messages the sent me emails that required me to log into my account which I could not do because they closed it Very unprofessional and would not use They replied to this post telling me to reply on their website which I did and they deleted that review and blocked my account COMPLETE SCAM Of course they are going to only keep the good reviews
