I have paid 19 pounds to this company 2 weeks in a row and have not had any fruit or veg delivered at all

WASTE OF MONEY

Shocked at quality as well as quantity Damaged fruit the 1 onion is rotten waste of money Would NOT order from here again Only ordered from here for delivery but it will be back to Barnhill Farm for me for good quality fruit and veg boxes

Not worth the money

19 box ordered received 3 banana s 1 red onion 1 pkt of 3 Celery Stalks 3 satsuma s 1 pkt of black grapes 2 white onion s 1 tiny lettuce 4 tomato s 3 apples 1 red pepper 6 potato s 2 sweet potato s and a small pk of mushrooms All fresh yes but would get this amount for less than 10 anywhere Order now cancelled as it is an absolute rip off

So disappointed

So disappointed I had high hopes for a fresh fruit and vegetables delivery that was not from a supermarket Signed up from a door to door advertising campaign and paid in advance 1st week they sent me recipe cards and notification of delivery No box delivered Sent email to notify that I never received box delivery day was Thursday half hearted apology and said would delivery Monday Then took payment from my account for the next week delivery So at the moment I have paid this company 40 and received nothing but a half hearted apology

SUBSCRIPTION ERROR

Avoid this Company Although the fruit and veg I received was nice their billing system leaves a lot to be desired I changed the size of my order to a smaller and cheaper box by telephone in accordance with their timescale However the system did not update with this change When I called them today I was informed that I will be charged tomorrow for the larger box and that they could only apologise I was told it was a TECHNICAL ISSUE It s not it s an ERROR which has cost me 10 I know that s not much to some people Also their cancellation process takes 14 days so think carefully before committing to starting a subscription on your doorstep

Box left outside and been eaten by a dog or handed to neibours this is the third time a whole box has went in the bin ice only binned it when its been gave away or contaminated and after the 3rd time I ve canceled my order because I have contacted before about this and it hasn t been resolved

Dodgy looking carrots soft peppers A day late

Came a day late than I was advised a couple of dodgy looking carrots were in it The peppers were soft it was probably not left in a fridge at the DPD DEPOT IN APPLETON A yellow melon is about 1 from Tesco it had a big cabbage mushrooms mainly red apples and oranges just to make the box feel heavy and to fill it up volume wise Not worth 20 Value 8 at the most

Good idea Disappointing reality

Both of us are plant based and non dairy consumers so we were looking forward to participating Seeing the good reviews our expectations were high First delivery was fair value for money albeit not outstanding quality as described by foot soldier at our door Second delivery was seriously short on value for money and further contained a full carton of moulding grapes which had to be binned Actually we re quite disappointed at having to cancel on this but my opinion is they are lacking in quantity and quality control at the assembly and dispatch location I was politely asked for feedback which I politely provided I was disappointed there was no response to this since I could have so simply just said didn t suit me A nice idea but in our case a fairly disappointing reality

Poor customer service

I was happy with the amount variety and quality of fruit and veg provided but have been let down by their poor customer service They offer the option to deliver to a secure location if you re not in I set up and confirmed this via my online profile and by email with support On the two dates I was out the delivery was left on the front doorstep for hours I requested a holiday with plenty of notice but was still charged and returned to find a delivery on my doorstep that was 4 days old I ve found it hard to get a response from the team having to chase emails and voicemails repeatedly It took a couple of weeks for them to acknowledge and process refunds for the spoiled deliveries too I really liked the produce and the concept but the poor customer service was very disappointing
