Unauthorised payments being taken from my bank

I have been a customer since Dec 2021 I have requested a cessation of deliveries recently and was assured that this would be noted to resume in the new year Instead the company has continued to make debits to my bank account 3 times now and delivered 2 boxes of fruit and veg I do not want on occasions that I have been away for work leaving the boxes in full view for a couple of days advertising the fact I am not home They seem to have gone deaf or are deliberately ignoring my emails asking them to stop this and sort it out This is very concerning and disappointing

Signed up for a 19 box Not sure the amount of fruit and veg provided would have cost me more than 10 I received 1 cucumber 1 large bag of spinach 1 turnip 1 large onion 3 apples 2 bananas 2 kiwi 2 plums 1 melon some mushrooms and 5 potatoes and 3 carrots No issues with the delivery or the quality of the produce just not sure of the value

Deliciousdelivered offers a range of fruit and veg boxes but my experience was mixed While the produce is fresh and includes some unique items the 19 box didn t seem like great value for money Additionally I faced issues with delivery management with unwanted deliveries continuing despite cancellation requests Customer service communication could be improved to address such concerns more effectively Overall there are positives but some areas need attention

We have really enjoyed the range of fruit and vegetables contained in our weekly boxes giving us the opportunity to cook and bake with ingredients we might not have used had they not arrived from Delicious Delivered

We get a box delivered every fortnight

We get a box delivered every fortnight and we are delighted with it We started off weekly but found that we just weren t finishing everything in a week so requested fortnightly This was no problem at all The variety is great it s seasonal and there s always a few staples to rely on too It s always interesting to see what new fruit and veg is included each delivery The quality is much better than in the supermarket and good value for money too We will definitely be continuing with our order

I am mostly very happy with my service I hope it could be made clearer though what email address to contact if you are to be away - I have twice failed to get my delivery changed because of the address I have emailed Also being on a fortnightly delivery I would like to be able to postpone by one week only a 3 week gap instead of missing a fortnightly delivery altogether
