A pure third-class service Customer service is super bad In the English section they do not understand the problem I was told that someone would contact me regarding the order cancellation but no one did I had to call 4 times to solve the issue and now I have to return those tires by myself and I have to bear the return cost If you want to save your money do not buy from here Save money and avoid stress

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
DO NOT PAY THEM BY BANK TRANSFER - that s part of their SCAM I confirm all the negative reviews here Ordered my tires three weeks ago and I thought I paid online but nothing was charged Then a few days later I got an email from them that I need do a bank transfer to complete my order I did and I was told my order would be delivered in a few days BIG MISTAKE as now I have no way of escalating a refund case with my bank Days went bye and nothing happened so when I checked with their online portal it said that the order was delivered a few days before which obviously never happened When I contacted their customer service they said the order was delivered to the wrong address and that I would receive it soon Nothing happened and a week went bye so I contacted them again and they said I would receive the order that week Nothing happened so I contact them again and they apologized and said these cases are rare and to be patient but no tracking number and no delivery date This was two days ago and now they have stopped responding I m not sure I ll ever get my tires Honestly no matter how good their prices are the stress and the horrible service is not worth it I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM DELTICOM ONLINE SHOPS ANYMORE THIS INCLUDES PNEU-GURU AND 123PNEUS OR ANY ONLINE SHOP WHERE THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE SAYS DELTICOM

A front for multiple tyre websites
I m currently writing this after sitting on hold for 2 hours 15 minutes and 46 seconds you are currently in position one in the queue I have tried my best to contact this company who I was tricked into believing was a UK company with a UK site and UK address one of its subsidiaries moto-tyres co uk but its not My parcel has been stuck in the same location on DPD site since the 3rd of July Ive spoke to DPD uK and they said the seller needs to get in touch to resolve it via the international line Phone - NoEmail - NoMy only option now is to raise a PayPal dispute as they might actually respond to that which i now have I had high hopes but Ive been scammed

Update 2021 November Avoid at all costs They could not deliver the tyres to Belgium after 10 days They tried to make me pay for the tyres that were not delivered Now I m following up paperwork to ensure I am not asked for an indemnity or to cover for their costs Not professional and not trsutable company Their customer service is of zero value- every time you send an info another person answers saying that all is normal and transport is on the way Company adress is in Germany but finally one support person said they have garages in Romania - Spain and France They cannot manage the logistics and they cannot manage their processes No value and avoid at all costs

I purchased from an organisation called Tyre Guru The organisation is called Delticom LtdThe purchase was logged on my credit card company as mytyres I had a long delivery time Delivery was going to be on 16 07 24 This date came and went When I looked up tyres-guru on Trustpilot it seems I am not alone in not receiving goods When I looked up mytyres a similar problem When I looked up Delticom again similar problemsSeems to me that tyres-guru mytyres and Delticom would be the same organisation I have filled in the tyres-guru contact form twice on their website enquiring where my order is No response Sent the details off to my credit card companyA scam company or just a badly run one

Horrible I ve been waiting a month for my new tires supposed to be delivered within 7 business days and I called them and they promised me my tires would be delivered today so I called them today again My tires are on a truck on its way to Sweden I m so goddamn sick and tired of their bad customer service and the fact that they lied to me multiple times Update I ordered my tires to come to a tire shop they messed up the delivery adress and my name so I had to drive to the parcel center and pick them up by myself

Ordered and paid for two motorbike tyres on 27th July I am still waiting I have a DPD tracking number 01305219149704 which shows DPD have my order and are waiting for delivery The company website called my tyres was co uk so I presumed was in the UK it is not It is impossible to contact them by phone I have spent hours listening to you are number 7 in the queue Do not waste your time or money with these people
