Don t use this shop Ordered and paid 6 chairs They promised to send them in 6 weeks Got the chairs after 8 months with help of the manufacturers customer service Before that many many e-mails and empty promises even lies I think I never got the chairs if I didn t contact the manufacturer

Frustrating experience unfortunately

We initially ordered a wooden table with the exact height and width specifications we wanted After multiple inquiries we discovered that the owner had not only placed the order later than expected but had also ordered the wrong model Despite clarifying this the correct table was delivered several months later but with the wrong height After discussing the issue we agreed to a price reduction and received wooden beams to adjust the table ourselves However despite repeated reminders and confirmations from the owner we have been waiting for months to receive the agreed-upon refund of EUR 250 which has yet to be paid We have not pursued legal action as the amount is relatively small In conclusion this experience has been incredibly frustrating and the table is not as it should be due to the additional beams we had to assemble ourselves We strongly advise against ordering from this company

Waiting 1 5 year

Ordered twice 1st bookcase came after 1 5 YEAR 2nd came after 10 months Everytime Marianne told me in 2-3 weeks or even that it was in stock and would be shipped next week took still another 4 months First delivery was the wrong colour Second delivery was missing the base Marianne has no control and is lying in every email
