Just worse It s really worse than you ever thought my account got hacked on February and I immediately requested their CS to get my acc back and I got it a month later But the problem is I saw that the hacker have already linked their account to PSN account so I decided to request to unlink their PSN account from mine and I ve told them that it s not mine so I can t give most of the information to them BUT THEY SEEMS LIKE DID NOT READ THE EMAIL THAT I SENT like they just reply sorry the information that you give is incorrect and blablabla HOW WOULD I KNOW THE CORRECT INFORMATION IF IT S NOT MINE Like seriously Hoyoverse your game is really good but just a simple thing like this just read my damn email and at least reply in a more sense way like how come such an amazing game like this have a POOR VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES So in the end I give up and I just request the permanent deletion so neither me and the hacker can get the account It was really nice that I can enjoy the game and the storyline until I got this problem Sorry Hoyoverse but you ruin this game with your poor Customer Service Gonna move to Tower of Fantasy Adios

just another greedy Chinese company fully automatic and useless support if your account is hacked there is a high chance that you will never be able to recover even if you spend 10k they just don t care

For a company making as much as they are their CS is worthless if it even exists at all I have been trying to sign in on other devices since I started playing and I have NEVER been able to due to their security The game is fun but BEWARE IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS YOU ARE SCREWED

Horrible company I tried to recover my account but randomly was no longer attatched to my email I sent in proof of my purchases bank statements and provided account information including the FB that was attatched to it and they only could say Sorry not going to do anything for you and stopped communication STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Do not spend a dime or your time with them They do not care about assisting you if you ever have a problem COMCAST is a better customer service experience than they are

They scam their customers and use psychological abuse to get people hooked on their games the games are also filled with ableist jokes and even a transphobe Stay away from this company if you value your health

Don t even bother giving them a chance I have never had ANY affiliations with this company or the game and somehow they are sending news and offers to me they automatically end up in spam filter I guess they snatched my email somewhere on the internet BBOOOOH

In regards to the recent NATLAN TEASER

In regards to the recent NATLAN TEASER it has been brought to attention that many problems has been spiking within the character designs and title First a character that goes by a non existent name called ORORON is meant to be corrected as OLORUN in the followed reference of the YORUBA DIETY It s also included that his representation has been very limited and disrespectful in terms of culture and study Second all showcases characters in the NATLAN TEASER do not follow their supposed reference figures cultures in shape color including skin and form These characters contain ORORON MUALANI KINICH IANSAN AND THE OTHER CAST MEMBERS

the hoyo games are fun however they don t listen to criticisms and misrepresent many different cultures they did this with sumeru which is based off of the middle east and india and made all their characters pale with the slightly darker ones being dehya candace cyno and a few NPC s they are doing this yet again with Natlan which is supposed to be based off of pre-columbian latin america and west africa they ve mispelled the names of many characters such as ororon which is supposed to be olorun the yoruban deity of creation and mavuika which is supposed to be mahuika the maori goddess of fire they ve white-washed all of their characters yet again and many people including Chinese players genshin content creators and various voice actors that have worked in hoyoverse games have spoken out about this issue this problem also persists in their other games such as honkai star rail the planet peacony is supposed to be based off the Jazz era in 1920 s america which was influenced by the harlem renaissanced which was a movement of art music and literature started and influenced by african americans yet there are no darkskined or brown skinned characters except for the NPCs
