A hotel booking made through Destinia

A hotel booking made through Destinia to another city in Germany had to be cancelled due to sudden changes of the training program date When we first called in to request a modification on our reservation dates and spoke to a representative Alvaro 235 we were told a request would be made on behalf of us The representative Mr Alvaro was so helpful and extremely professional Even though we got an email informing us that the request was declined I knew deep down there will be a positive turn over in our claim Having waited around 5 days we received another call from a representative Mohammed 625 Only this time to inform us that we were entitled for a voucher to use in the future bookings or a full refund Mohammed was also very sincere and professional Thank you Alvaro and thank you Mahammed Destinia should feel very lucky to have employees like you We will definitely choose Destinia in our future bookings and recommend it to our family and friends

Excellent efficient great deal - everything good

Having seen a great deal I booked a two day stay in Vienna for six people - for my first Destinia experience I was a little apprehensive given the mixed reviews here BUT everything was perfect - great price breakfast included as specified and three rooms next to each other with good views - based on my experience I can wholly recommend Destinia

I was browsing through Trip advisor for some nice affordable accommodation in Fiji and Trip advisor took me Destinia I was quite worried after I had made the payment as I didn t realise straight away that I was no longer on Trip advisor but thankfully I had no issues with Destinia Destinia offered the cheapest price for my accommodation and I am very happy with their service I would book with Destinia again
