From time to time I have used Keep2share for downloads off the internet I never had any problems Recently I subscribed for the Premium package for a one month period using a reputable third party supplier After 5 downloads I was invited to subscribe to the Premium package again I checked my transaction which proved to be fine I then contacted Keep2share directly The response was very speedy and helpful and the problem solved after a few emails It turned out that my original search engine had been having trouble with certain sites and communications so I used the services of another search engine Keep2share sorted this problem for me in a few hours A very efficient and courteous service which I wholeheartedly recommend
