I had trouble downloading any file so contacted support They got back to me within a couple of hours and let me know what I could to do to fix the problem in clear detail It turned out clearing my cache and cookies fixed the problem I would recommend Keep2Share to everyone for file downloading

I had paid for premium account but was being shown daily only 5 GB download limit instead of 20 Post complaint the matter was sorted out and my again was upgraded to premium pro Very happy with the prompt and satisfactory solution of my complaint

I have used Keep 2 Share for many years now and could not be happier with the quality of service and support they provide I have recently contacted their support team to help resolve an issue I was having using their download facility The response was very fast very professional and helped to sort out the problem within a few hours The problem occurred because of the browser I was using and was nothing to do with the Keep 2 Share system With superb value for money and great download speeds I will continue to use this excellent company for many years to come
