If I had known that this company have been given 26 one star I would not have ordered from them they claim to have 99 8 Positive reviews on e-Bay I ordered one diesel injector from them and it failed in less than 100 miles What this purchase cost me without the cost of the injector Coding Re-coding and Fault Finding 300 So one faulty injector was a very expensive lesson that i will never repeat again I was also was horrified to read some of the reviewers experiences They will only refund the price of the injector It took exactly one month for the returned injector to be delivered back to them E-bay then stepped in to refund me the cost of the injector still out of pocket by 300 paid 347 for a new replacement should have gone down this avenue in the first place Absolutely appalling company to deal with Have just been asked to verify this review I would not have placed the review if I had not used this company I tried to alter my initial review left on eBay but could not do that there no mechanism to update a review don t they believe the many other negative reviews on this site 26 one stars high but you do not see this on eBay What s amazing is the company responds to 5 star reviews on this site but not to one star reviews that tells you something Does it not So they have 744 one star reviews all costing the purchasers additional expense in my case 300 and no injector to part exchange as my old one was returned to them which you have to pay a deposit for which took ages to get my deposit back

I ordered 4 x refurbished injectors 2 of the 4 have identical test certificates and programming codes on them therefore at least one of these has to be wrong but I cannot tell which one or both is wrong I have tried to call multiple times and I have tried WebChat for hours with no reply to calls or webchat I have however received 2 unsatisfactory e-mail replies The first e-mail gave me a code to try for the 2nd one But which is the 2nd one and where did this new code come from The second e-mail said they would call me shortly That was more than 24 hours ago The car sounds terrible the codes are not right and I have no way of knowing if they will ever provide the correct codes I have asked for 2 new injectors with correct codes by air shipment My main issue is the complete lack of communication DieselFixNeuss can if they choose resolve this issue for me But instead they choose to ignore all of my calls and my webchat which I tried for hours Yes I have 2 emails but the instructions are unclear and in my opinion also have no basis Again the issue is not that their quality system has failed So many people give 5 stars Not surprising I m sure when they deliver correct codes with refurbished injectors they are perfect It is the lack of adequate communication and fixing the issue when there is a problem That appears to be the basis of all of the poor reviews like mine I am happy to add to my review when you finally decide to communicate and resolve this issue where you have so clearly failed to deliver a quality product

Ordered new injectors for my work van paid the money for the injectors and the 200 refundable deposit you get the 200 back once you return your old parts injectors arrived and 2 of the 4 injectors I was sold failed I contacted the company and told them of my issue and said I wanted to keep x2 of my original injectors incase I encountered any more issues with there injectors they told me I had to send the 4 injectors back to receive my deposit back I paid for the injectors to be returned to the company and to this day I have not had any answer to my call or emails regards my deposit This was on the 5th may 2022 and is still on going DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Produkts is ok warranty and customer service in like non had one injektor with a leak returned it 50 mails and 3 months later im still waiting for my refund

Based on the positive reviews on ebay I bought 4 bosch remanufactured injectors for a 1 5 tdci ford focus from diesellfixneuss A nice box of 4 injectors arrived too soon each extra packed The surprise was inside though each injector was different two rusted one that failed the test even with the test paper o fail in the test The injectors bore the signs of a previous rebuild many months ago and used they were surface corroded but this was done many months ago -definitely none had a basic rebuild done with a new tip - checked under a microscope One of the injectors was missing the advertised washer It was no surprise that the injectors were worse than the original ones I had in the car last 300000 tkm so far So after a lengthy exchange of emails we got our money and deposit back the car sit in the workshop for 4 weeks unnecessarily I decide for my own injectors reconditioned by an official fabric bosch reman Although it will cost more and take longer but after the experience with the injector scammers - either new or refurbished injectors by an authorized branded remanufacturer only

2 of the 4 injectors what they sent were faulty so cost me 300 to install them and then get them off again etc 0 customer service- stamp replies and no help at all Took a month to get my money back from that crap they posted out DO NOT BELIEVE their ebay feedback not sure how but they get all negatives removed They get around 10 negatives per day and next day these are gone

Have used a few times seems to be one bad injector in every set that fails after a few thousand miles last set is by far the worst 3 have failed in under 3k miles

Ebay Order Number 20-10791-49019I bought 4 injectors and 2 of them were faulty DESPITE I HAD ASKED TO SEND 4 WORKING INJECTORS BEFORE THE SHIPMENT BECAUSE I HAD SEEN THE BAD REVIEWS HERE Yes they refunded me 50 of my purchase but I had to buy 2 more injectors from my mechanic more expensive All this mess would have not happened if they shipped 4 good injectors as per my clear request I hope they will last at least for 150 000 KM as the previous ones Morevover they had informed me they were refunding me for my whole purchase with them as a way to apologize for the trouble I went through because of their irresponsability which cost me a lot of money but they did not do it in fact they refunded me only 50 hence for all these problems I would not recommend to use their service unless you have a lot of time to waste with back and forth communication

I reached out after one of my injectors had broken which they supplied and failed not even achieving 4 thousand miles They wouldn t even give me a discount for a replacement So damn mean Any normal company would do something to accommodate a customer I know a lot of people in the car industry and I ll be informing them of this company
