Fraude- en ethiekwaarschuwing Fraud Ethics Alert
In 2019 verkreeg een voormalige vertegenwoordiger van Rosecure Belcentrale nu Digihero genaamd mijn handtekening op een 5-jarig contract door mij frauduleuze informatie te geven Ik werd verkocht met de belofte van gestroomlijnde beveiliging internet telefoon pin-services en administratie met verbeterde technologie en een lagere prijs Zijn fraude grote verkoopargument was dat hij mijn enige aanspreekpunt zou zijn voor al mijn diensten ik kreeg zelfs wat mij werd verteld dat het zijn directe mobiele nummer was Ik dacht dat dit het team van het Laced-Up Project meer tijd zou geven om ons werk te doen om mensen te helpen Het was te mooi om waar te zijn Toen ik de fraude ontdekte erkende het bedrijf het en zei dat de vertegenwoordiger niet langer bij het bedrijf was maar weigerde me uit het contract te laten Ik kreeg excuses en de verzekering dat alles goed zou komen Maar de services waren een reeks operationele technische en B2B-servicerampen Ze hebben al veel geld gekregen voor niet-verleende diensten Bij het uitbreken van de pandemie moest ik de winkel sluiten die ons werk financierde en ons gemeenschapscentrum Gezellig A Safe Space Ze hebben de apparatuur van de ene locatie verwijderd maar weigerden naar de tweede locatie te komen Ik ben gehandicapt dus ik moest iemand veilig hun uitrusting laten verwijderen Het is hun eigendom en ik heb meerdere keren aangegeven dat ik het aan hen wil teruggeven 2 weken geleden kreeg ik antwoord van de CEO van Digihero Zijn beste bod was een substanti le vermindering van de schuld Het is duidelijk dat hij achter de gepleegde fraude staat Digihero is van plan door te gaan met de incassoprocedure die de schuld verhoogt en door het gerechtelijk systeem gaat om het weinige dat ik heb af te nemen van overheidssubsidies die ik ontvang vanwege mijn handicap en de pandemie De stress van deze situatie blijft mijn tol eisen Ik zal deze berichten graag verwijderen als Digihero het juiste doet het account en de onrechtmatige schuld annuleren Zo niet dan voel ik me gedwongen mijn best te doen om andere bedrijven te waarschuwen voor hun onethische en illegale praktijken De originele Engelse tekst is vertaald via een app In 2019 a former sales representative from Rosecure Belcentrale now called Digihero obtained my signature on a 5-year contract by giving me fraudulent information I was sold on the promise of streamlined security internet phone pin services administration with upgraded tech and a lower price His fraud big selling point was that he would be my one point of contact for all of my services I was even given what I was told was his direct work mobile number I thought this would give The Laced-Up Project team more time to do our work helping people It was too good to be true When I discovered the fraud the company acknowledged it said that the rep was no longer with the company but refused to let me out of the contract I got apologies and assurances that all would be made right But the services were a series of operational technical and B2B service disasters They have already been paid a lot of money for services not rendered I had to close the shop that funded our work and our community center Gezellig A Safe Space at the start of the pandemic They uninstalled the equipment from one location but refused to come to the second location I m disabled so I had to have someone come safely remove their equipment It is their property and I have expressed multiple times that I want to return it to them 2 weeks ago I got an answer from the CEO of Digihero His best offer was a substantial reduction in the debt Clearly he stands behind the fraud committed Digihero plans to move forward with the incasso procedure that increases the debt and goes through the court system to take what little I have from governmental subsidies I receive due to my disabilities and the pandemic The stress of this situation continues to take its toll on me I will happily remove these posts if Digihero does the right thing cancel the account and the wrongful debt If not then I feel compelled to do my best to warn other businesses about their unethical illegal practices

Predatory sales unacceptable customer service
The Laced-Up Project has had an ongoing battle with Rosecure and its sister company Belcentrale since 2019 It appears that Digihero has acquired Belcentrale I have tried every method I know to negotiate an end to this mess but they have refused video and phone conferencing with me my business advisor So I now am doing something I ve never had to do with a business vendor I m naming shaming them publicly I have notified them that I would be taking this step Long story short A former sales rep gave me fraudulent information to get my signature on the contract shortly before he exited working for these companies When I discovered the fraud I wanted out of the contract After a couple of months of contacting their call center multiple times every week I eventually got to the next level and a rep acknowledged the fraudulent information and was tasked with resolving the service issues I was having at my 2 former Utrecht properties including -The installations were not completed on time for the opening dates of the boutique or community center Actually neither location ever had a point where the systems worked phones Wi-Fi pin machines alarms and security monitoring systems all had continuous failures -Their negligence left me in a position where Laced-Up Boutique did not have the high-level security system required by my insurance company for coverage of the value of my inventory -One tech was so verbally abusive that we banned him from both locations Before the pandemic hit I d recognized that the companies were a mess operationally and notified them that enough was enough and to come get their equipment and cancel the contract I had signed based on fraudulent information The Rosecure side uninstalled the security equipment from the boutique location but refused to take the Becentrale equipment I had pre-packed They refused to uninstall the equipment from our community center location I had everything uninstalled and have contacted them repeatedly to ship it all back So where things stand now they want their equipment back but also continue to bill me while refusing to resolve this in a professional manner To other businesses be aware they have predatory sales practices backed up by unprofessionalism unacceptable customer service

Traps you in a contract while not providing services causing our business to not be able to open
This company trapped us in a contract that will cause our business to lose thousands We signed up for internet phone and pin machine over 3 weeks ago and Digihero has yet to provide these services They will have you sign a contract then ignore you completely for 2 weeks so that you are outside the cancellation period while still not providing services or returning a single phone call or email We tried to cancel after 2 5 weeks bc we could not afford to wait any longer while they promised to call back or help they said they understood and it wasn t a problem then they sent us a 4700 invoice for the entire contract and threatened us before forcing us to take their equipment at an appointment we repeatedly told them we didnt want and didnt trust When they came to install the equipment they failed to have our pin machine so we could not even take payments during our soft open and lost tons of money giving our product They were installing equipment around customers repeatedly promising we would be all set We are supposed to open fully tomorrow but we cannot take payments so we will not be able to open We will lose thousands while we wait weeks for services They have told us that this is not their fault They have openly admitted to ignoring us for weeks on end while still telling is that is our fault I guess for trusting them They take no responsibility and have offered no compensation other than a free month in which we didnt have service anyway haha while still telling us we MIGHT have it next week and that we are contractually obligated to work with them on their timeline We are at a loss We are trying to afford a lawyer but there is no person they will even talk to so we would have to pay for hours of lawyer s time bc Digihero staff do not have conversations that last less than 3 hours We tried to get help or communication for 3 straight weeks with zero luck If you re are thinking of choosing this company DO NOT DO IT We are a HORECA business already struggling with lockdown they had absolutely no sympathy and even told us how hard it has been FOR THEM Save yourself Go anywhere else

That a company like this can lie and cheat their customers is the reason I write this review My wife is paying but not receiving not only new fiber no nothing at all That they not get closed by the authorities with selling lies is unbelievable

Avoid this provider at all costs
Update 5 10 2024 Just got back from a business trip so the three days limit to respond has not been met The case is about my brother in-law s barber shop and is genuine Digihero don t need more info for that They know very well what this is about Original post Don t do business with those conmen Real situation my brother in law has a barber shop and those people approached him in his busy shop claiming they are representing KPN and that they have a better solution for his internet He is running Davinci barbershop software and needs a good and stable internet connection for that They made him sign a five year contract for a crappy connection And of course they re NOT KPN Avoid them at all cost

They went after my old dad who barely understands dutch and made him sign a 5 year contract that increases monthly with things like mandatory ip scan Don t use them they will scam your family too P S They changed their name to Rosecure BV avoid them

They are increasing their contracted
They are increasing their contracted rate every single month and they are playing with words that is government policy which no other company does It looks that this government policy is only made for this company It is on the contract clearly the rate is fixed for 5 years and no increase It is after almost tow years became almost double Never use them
