I always recommend Digiweb to friends and family as their tech support is 2nd to none Needed assistance today Connected in less than 5 mins and Karl is an absolute legend of the game Top class

Excellent customer service

Having a conversation that made a stressful experience made personal was absolutely necessary and i felt heard and it felt personable with excellent communication and friendly I have myself worked on hselive calls during covid and dealing with distressed callers is difficult but as a customer to get to speak and deal with the likes of who I spoke to today to figure out my issue I left the call with a big smile Thanking you Evan and Karl 5 stars and i would give ten if possible Thanking you

Staff members were very helpful though

Staff members were very helpful though entire moving process Had digiweb services for last 5 years and yhere was no issue with them Bills were always same as i signed up for Broadband was good No hidden charges or CPI etc
