Never Buying From Them Again – Broken Promises and No Proper Refund I purchased an item on 18 October, and since then, the company has repeatedly delayed delivery and failed to keep their promises. Every promised date gets postponed, making this a very disappointing experience. When I initially requested a refund, they only offered 10% or vouchers instead of a full refund, which is completely unacceptable.

Item arrived in the anticipated timeframe Despite it being different to the model ordered as soon as I informed the customer service department they immediately responded very courteously and helpfully I decided to keep the item as it worked beautifully and was the same price as the model I d ordered but DirectNine offered me a very generous discount on the purchase of any item I might wish to make from them in the future I could not be more satisfied and will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend to others
