This is an update about directunlock net Now it is well over two months since they basically stole my 28 00 US dollars Why do I say Stole Not only did they never send me a confirmation of my IMEI being cleared to proceed with unlocking Recent checking of my IMEI on their website says they have NO ORDER WITH THAT IMEI They are scammers I already gave Trustpilot proof of my order which was VERFIED here earlier Do not use them and I firmly believe any high rating is a shill

Untrustworthy
I wrote a review for this company several months ago and was persuaded to take it down as I was contacted and was promised a partial refund for an unlock they said they couldn t perform as the phone was reported as stolen total rubbish as I had inherited it from my late mother 6 months later I am rewriting this as all the correspondence with them has lead to nothing and I have noticed that I am now blocked I was repeatedly asked to be patient re the refund but of course that never materialised I believe that this is a scam company DO NOT USE

This place is a rip off if you have a locked phone they cannot unlock it if it s not paid off only if you paid your phone off and our unaware it s paid off can they unlock it

Please do not believe they will unlock
Please do not believe they will unlock your phone Listen to the other reviews Their terms of agreement lack transparency and very misleading I feel so stupid I lost 80 Also the 28 they make you pay up front is NEVER to unlock phone only an eligibilty check fee which you can get free anywhere But that doesn t matter because they will not be able to unlock even when they claim it to be eligible They are a scam Not only will they not be able to unlock your phone after making you wait longer than the initial time stated they will only offer store credit OH And they block you from communication which is just their AI bot once they have sent you a denial email
