I was recommended Dirt Devils by one of my colleagues within the student accommodation industry and I can safely say they have been the best cleaning company I have ever used Tammy and her team have been amazing right from that start from the initial meet until the last day Working in this industry with the students needs a top priority you really must have a cleaning company that can clean efficiently under tight timescales and to a high standard Dirt Devils ticked all these boxes and more for me It is extremely difficult to find a reliable cleaning company within this industry and Tammy and her team have smashed it the site is spotless - I couldn t recommend them enough The whole team are reliable hardworking and trustworthy and I can t wait to work with you next year Thanks again Jo

I ve been using Dirt Devils for years now and sadly their service has really gone downhill While they used to be friendly and flexible lately their customer service has become inconsistent and unprofessional The quality of cleaning has noticeably declined with missed spots and a lack of attention to detail Reliability has also become an issue with them arriving late or cancelling at the last minute It s disappointing to see how much their standards have dropped Unfortunately I can no longer recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and quality cleaners

After dealing with other cleaning companies I had high hopes for Tammy and her team but the service was disappointing While they claim to provide a five-star service my experience was far from it The house never felt truly clean and I noticed several spots they consistently missed I expected a fresh immaculate home after a long workday but I was often left frustrated Unfortunately after giving them several chances over the years I can no longer recommend their services
