What happened this time

I will still order from discount smokes but this time it took 2 weeks usually comes in 4 days I was not happy about this and packaging was poor Usually packaged in a firm box but now all cigarettes loose in bubble wrap packaging

Tobacco falling out

The delivery was quick The cigarettes are loosely packed and the tobacco falls out leaving only half a cigarette I bought 5 cartons so I m hoping they are not all like that
