Three Weeks in Peru

Heather at DSA listened to what we wanted to do and then made very helpful suggestions around this All travel arrangements including hotels and trips were well organised and everything ran smoothly The local guides were very interesting

We asked a number of travel companies to arrange a trip to Peru at pretty short notice Heather from Discover South America provided the best response quickly good advice and an interesting and well-thought-out tour plan based on our vague needs Then she adapted it with us so we had an exciting tailored itinerary All the travel was booked and worked efficiently the local tour guides were interesting and well-informed No issues I recommend Discover South America

Superb

Heather organised a 10 week holiday for us crossing through 5 countries in South America supporting us moving every 3 - 4 days Her planning and communication were perfect We always had contact details of the local agents were met at each stage on time and the holiday followed the agreed itinerary exactly We were very impressed with how smoothly everything went and she did a fantastic job for us and we would definitely have her organising our holiday again

Everything was great - Heather listened to our broad outline of a travel idea for my wife two young children and me and responded with a full itinerary in budget within a very short timeframe All subsequent correspondence was thorough timely professional and courteous before during and after our trip I wouldn t hesitate to fully recommend Heather to anyone wishing to travel to South America and will definitely be the first port of call for us on any future trip

Fantastic travel agency - Discover South America

Heather at Discover South America helped me to curate the most amazing once in a lifetime trip to Argentina Chile and Uruguay over 7 weeks in February and March 2024 Everything was perfectly arranged from planning the itinerary and then once I was in LatAm everything was faultless from the transfers transport hotels trips and there was always someone on hand locally via whatsapp if I needed any help I could not recommend Discover South America more highly

Fantastic trip 10 stars

Heather put together a fantastic trip to Costa Rica for us having listened very carefully to get the mix of nature activities and relaxation just right at a very competitive price All the arrangements worked like clockwork and the hotels were fabulous Rafting the Rios Pacuare and staying at Rio Lodge were a highlight but we also loved Tortuguero ziplining in Monteverde and Rincon de la Vieja

exceptional service with great local assistance

Heather gave us exceptional service and prompt advice every time The itinerary was perfectly put together and adjusted as we decided on what to do during our 17 day tour of Peru It was so reassuring to be met and welcomed everywhere The local agents and private guides were excellent too It made such a difference having English speaking guides as our Spanish was non-existant Thank you so much Heather - it was a trip of a lifetime and all arrangements were seamlessly put together

A wonderful trip across Peru

Heather from Discover South America organised our trip across Peru including the Inca Trail with the exception of a retreat we booked ourselves I can t fault the hotels and Amazon lodge she chose and it was great to have all our connections and pick ups organised It completely took the stress out of the journey so we could enjoy and take in the experience fully Would recommend this service

Utterly breath-taking trip to the Galapagos IslandsWe went to the Galapagos in April 2024 it was certainly one of the most memorable trips we ve ever been on It was planned by Heather with our input Everything was taken on board - great attention to detail The accommodation was superb the flights transfers activities and tour guides were both excellent and ran like clockwork - perfectly organised It blew all of our minds - Santa Cruz San Cristobal and our favourite island Isabela I thoroughly recommend Discover South America - It was very special - thank you so much Heather

Highly recommend Heather and Discover South America She listened to our dreams proposed an imaginative and exciting itineracy connected us with fabulous guides and activities and provided us with the level of accommodation and travel that we were seeking Across a 3 week trip all the logistics and connections worked perfectly and the advice we received to support us in our travels was incredibly helpful The trip exceeded our expectations and has given us amazing experiences and memories Our very grateful thanks to Heather for making that happen
