Reliable Service and Excellent Delivery Experience

I have used Discovery Japan twice, and both experiences were excellent. I purchased two watches at different times of the year, and on each occasion they were delivered quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I have no complaints at all.

Bought a Seiko SBDC029 watch on the 19 03 2022 via the disvovery Japan mall website Was a little worried that the site maybe unreliable but took a chance and made the purchase as it is an old model and difficult to get in new unused condition The communication was a little slow initially with a simple email response saying delivery shipping would commence with fedex on thursday UK designated shipping date 23 03 2022 True to their word I immediately received a FEDEX tracking number on the Thursday as they stated and package actually arrived 2 days earlier than they estimated The Watch is exactly as described advertised and was packed protected with care and attention and i am very satisfied with the overall service and the goods i purchased and received I would trust this site again and make further purchasesG Jones Liverpool UK 29 03 2022

Discovery Japan Mall is the real deal I ordered a Casio G Shock and got it in about 8 days delivered to my address in California from Japan Price is cheaper versus buying on Ebay for example and product is of course genuine GA-100RS-2AJF rock edition highly recommended shop thanks

Easy to use quick processing delivery times

Ordered a large Pokemon plush on 12 15 22 and received it on 12 21 22 The packaging was well-done and the plush came in perfect condition The delivery time was really quick with the order being delivered about a day after being shipped However the processing time was a bit slower taking a few days but that might just be due to when I ordered it As for the ordering process it was really simple and straightforward Overall really satisfied with my experience and I m glad I ordered from here

Bought a JDM seiko from this site Was initially skeptical due to low reviews But decided to try anyway as many youtubers recommended this site The watch arrived in perfect condition with proper packaging It only took 5 days to arrive If youre buying an item please note that the price advertised doesnt include shipping and import taxes

Would order again

Very happy with what I ordered Mitsubishi coloured pencils Posca pens etc I placed my order from the UK on 13th October 2023 and received everything by 26th October it was in 2 shipments the first half I received the day before I wouldn t hesitate to order from them again Just a note I didn t receive email updates until my choice of courier received my items but I was able to view regular updates on my online account
