Excellent quick easy process

I used this company to finance a large purchase The application process was quick and easy I believe they use a soft credit search which will not affect your credit score Would definitely use again if needed

Very straightforward to apply and set up My only complaint would be a HARD search was carried out on my Credit Reports Most credit companies make you aware of a soft or hard search is being carried out

Very rare when something says it will only take a couple of minutes but this did Only reason I didn t give a 5 star was I had a follow up email asking me to complete my purchase I already had

Would use again

Good company Ordered my Simba mattress and used them to pay up monthly Great at keeping in contact when payments are coming out your account and how much is coming out on that date clear website of how much I have paid already and when the end of our agreement is Only reason for a star down is I was unable to change when payments get taken out my account I tried to follow instructions from their website to get the date changed I was unsuccessful but it wasn t too much of a big deal so I never phoned them to change payment dates Would use them again

Easy to set up from the merchant s checkout Reason for 1 star taken off was that an earlier stage said credit OR debit cards accepted then later it changed to debit card only

Application is nice and easy Only think that bothered me is you can t select the payment date as I did it in the last day of the month and it was a 30day month I always get paid on the last working day so would have been preferred to change over by one day but it s out of the perimeter s you also have a portal to settle early so f you choose to

I an not happy that I am being forced

I an not happy that I am being forced to have the mattresses I ordered to be delivered to my billing address which I will be moving out off this week Saturday instead of my new address that I chose as my delivery or shipping address It just doesn t make sense just because I chose to use your financial services So very disappointed

Very easy to use only criticism is there is no option to use the likes of PayPal or apply pay to make the first instalment
