They put two holds on my account for one months payment If i was someone who only leaves enough money in to cover outgoings i would have gone in red Two days before removed

Ok service however confusing

The setting up of decide buy is relatively easy however the initial quotation on your monthly amount significantly changes once you actually go to complete your purchase which almost made me not complete my purchase

Overall your sales team are very keen to sell your products whilst your staff that goods were unprofessional the man used a hammer to knock the chairs stob in it resulting me waiting for a new chair the table is high and low

The service has mostly been good however during the purchase process one of the bank cards provided required an authentication process which never arrived We were lucky to have a card that was registered to the correct address under the correct name as there was no way to amend any of the prior information The card that was then used for the transaction was not a convenient card to use I understand you have no control over banks but an option to delay the final payment and order until this is resolved would have been a nice option as we could then contact our bank and correct the issue

For an interest free payment plan it does what it says However it feels that they want you to miss payments as no DD option no reminders etc So if you use make sure you are organised and set reminders to ensure you pay before time you will have no problems While I have made all payments before time as why wouldn t you take interest free credit when offered rather than pay at start it just feels they want you to miss a payment and no doubt there would be punitive interest late payment charges

Easy to purchase but questionable ethics

Easy to purchase what we wanted simba mattress however they take the card payment on different days each month so hard to plan for also if like me you don t keep all your money in current account then when they do try and take the payment if it fails they will constantly try for smaller amounts until they make the payment amount It says on their website they can do why they like as lower period loans are unregulated and they do

Product purchase and payments

I bought the products over the pandemic period I do understand the situation however the lender and seller must know when to take the money out from customers account in my case the payment has been taken 2 months before the actual item was due for delivery I have given 3 just because I was not sure if the item will be delivered in one piece after waiting 3 months Nothing to do with the lending company it s the way between lender and seller company Needs looking into depth

Disappointed with our new mattress could not get comfortable felt there was something wrong with mattress as felt it was uneven When I phoned was just told they would pick it up nothing else said Delivery drivers and pick up were excellent and helpful Still waiting on our money back a week later not what it states in email

I had to update my card number and tried to ring the customer service number several times but was unable to get through Eventually went on the internet chat line to discover that the customer service line isn t currently manned To join in the chat you put what you want to chat about to get the right person and despite this after having to go through all the id checks they couldn t update the number via the chat line and I had to go back to the website again What a waste of time
