I like the easy way I apply for finance but I m my recent order I had a different delivery address from my billing address and it wouldn t let me finalise my order which I didn t realise for a couple of days I did think it had gone through so a tad frustrating

the credit check is irrelevant as I have payed plenty of finance in the past

Would have been better if they could have accepted incoming phone calls so I didn t have to struggle online or getting the seller to contact Dividebuy on my behalf

Why do existing customers have to go through all this hassle when making new purchases using interest free options Our do you teach AI common sense when retailer and finance companies totally rely upon it nowadays I made a purchase that offered me interest free monthly payments with a first time purchase Once I completed my name address details email and mobile number and then selected DivideBuy for interest free option instalments that link wanted me to fill all these steps again Once I had and preceeded it said I already have an account so I couldn t go any further So I singed in to my existing account and there was no listed new purchase for me to proceed with After navigating round the my account there was a search box for retailers So I started typing in the retailer and it appeared there and then So I clicked it and it took me to that retailer website I was trying to finish the purchase with So what I had to do is re-order the same item and proceeded with the final finance terms through that link that made it very easy What I don t understand is as to why didn t the retailer data share it s information with DivideBuy who already have my details as an existing customer and send me to that portal Surely this is a routine retailer and financial provider shared agreement The way I see this if your looking for anything online and have an existing account with DivideBuy my advice if your looking to spread your monthly payments using the interest free option then use DivideBuy as the portal This morning I received two emails from the retailer one informing my order was cancelled because they hadn t received the funds and the other informed my purchase was successful and my order on it s way My first experience could had saved me an hour trying to make this purchase through the retailer had a little more thought went into the shared data link design Remember if your a new customer to DivideBuy then use the retailer and for any existing DivideBuy account holders use DivideBuy to make your purchases through it makes it extremely easy
