Straightforward process Would be better if they would allow work place addresses to be used for deliveries - extremely difficult to arrange to be in for a day around full time work Also would prefer to be able to use a credit card for payment

All the steps are simple and quick to set up when you think about borrowing it always puts you off knowing you will have to complete a application which can take a while this was done within a few minutes Interest free on repayments for 12 months is also a benefit for choosing this option Very pleased

Itv was easy to fill in the form but frustrated to be kicked out when trying to download the Ts Cs etc A helpful customer service assistant Kayleigh helped me to progress further

The application was easy a credit check was done and the zero interest is very suitable the first payment is payable upfront but this is a very good way to spend the coat of a significant amount Over a monthly repayment Very happy with this service
