Ordered a a reloop DJ package took 3 weeks and constant hassling before they delivered it when it arrived one stylus was broken and both time code records were warped Could not get through on the phone emailed at least 10 times to return faulty items Wasn t until I went to the department of fair trading and opened a PayPal complaint that they finally got back to me

Online store is terrible

Purchased a Rode NT USB microphone was notified it will take 2 weeks to arrive after 2 weeks they said it will be delayed until mid-September I said I wasn t willing to wait so I wanted a refund haven t heard from them since tried to call many times but no response Sent 2 emails with no luck in replies i should have checked the reviews beforehand I am not one to usually write negative reviews but this one i couldn t leave alone

Be careful - NO REFUND for returns

If you change your mind or if the purchased item is not suitable for your they DO NOT refund Even though you return the item with the original package they charge restocking fee and they give ONLY store credit This is not the case with other retailers like Store DJ Swamp Store DJ refund 80 money back and 20 store credit which is fair as they have to restock it Customer service is horrible had to make multiple calls and emails to get the return processed I will never ever go there

Dont deal with them unless you enjoy watching your money going MIA

Ordered 700 of gear on the 10 4 Debited from my card on the 14 4Received an email saying they wont ship it until I see some tiny credit transaction on my card in 1 to 3 business days - its their security confirmation - spoke to the bank and they have never heard ANY company doing this After three emails and 3 business days later no mystery transaction they refused to ship it and there is radio silence I have reported it to VISA as fraud waiting for the outcome

Avoid at all cost

Ordered a pair of monitor speakers from them They arrived defect and are extremely noisy Sent them back The store claims they can t hear the noise and sent them back to me refusing to replace or fix I can now go and find a lawyer or sit on damaged speakers There seems to be method in doing this if you read the other review about this store This is a borderline fraudulent operation that should be shut down by authorities

Takes money fast never delivers product

I don t think there s much point in repeating reviews on here but my experience is the same Ordered a product which was in stock amplifier - 617640 over 2 weeks ago promising 2 day shipping 2 weeks later still not shipped although they billed my card instantly Phones unanswered live chat unanswered I will not shop here again - if you value your sanity or want the product you ordered I advise that you do not either
