Customer service - Absolutely outstanding Here s why Recently purchased the amazing Traktor S2 mk3 from The Disc DJ store It came with the new Traktor Pro 4 software and assumed when installing the serial code and updating my software it was all done Tried the to access the new and exciting Stem Seperation feature and couldn t find it Checked my About software and noticed it was version 3 not 4 I needed to start the process of stem separating a few tracks before I went to work I assumed that the serial code wasn t in the box Not happy I paid for the upgrade with Native Instrument directly Worked perfectly I contact the store and spoke with Josh Really very helpful he explained there is a known issues that s not very clear to get the code with how I should have done it via my online account He recommended I get in touch with Native Instrument in the hope they would issue a refund Native Instrument have no way of getting hold of a human AI boys all the way and emails received are not monitored Josh took my email which I copied him in on and forwarded it to somebody directly The full refund was issued yesterday and couldn t be happier In this world of zero connection to humans as part of after sales care this experience was proper old school take the problem under your belt top notch customer care Well done Josh Treated myself to some new HD25 mk2 headphones with the money
