Exceptional Customer Service and Quick Replacement from DJI
I recently had an experience with DJI s customer service that truly exceeded my expectations As an owner of the Mavic 3 Pro I was understandably upset when my drone crashed on the 11th of July 2023 However DJI s customer service quickly turned my disappointment into relief and satisfaction I was amazed at the speed of their response and the efficiency of their service Within just two days by the 13th of July I had a replacement drone in my hands The process was smooth and hassle-free thanks to DJI s Refresh service What impressed me the most was their proactive communication throughout the process I received phone calls ensuring that my replacement was received and another informing me that they were sending additional accessories that were not being recycled back This level of communication and attention to detail is something I deeply appreciate I am aware that there are some negative reviews out there but my personal experience with DJI s customer service was far from negative In fact it was exceptional The speed of reply and replacement coupled with their excellent communication left a very positive impression on me In conclusion I would like to express my gratitude to DJI for their exceptional customer service They turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one and for that they deserve recognition I would highly recommend DJI not only for their high-quality drones but also for their outstanding customer service

DJI does not respect basic consumers laws now they do it
This is an ongoing issue August 2022 May 2022 I bought adji Mini3 Pro brand new NEVER crashed or dropped just flew by me and me only July 2022 i was unscreweing all the propells only to find that the one of the propells was screwed with an improper screw that was impossible to remuve THIS FROM THE FACTORY It s like welded or glued considering that the Mini 3 Pro is a precision instrument i decided to contact DJI not proceeding with furthermore actions to unscrew that small screw They gave me a case number and an UPS label WITHOUT ANY EAN code so the UPS driver could not pick it up and ship it to dji europe in the Netherlands I had to pay 29 Euros to ship it with DHL It was recieved and now they want 76 Euros to repair it and ship it back to me -it needs a new motor- This was a factory defect that normally should be respected by the producer for up to 2 years BASIC CONSUMER WARRANTY AND LAW HERE IN EUROPE IF this was a crash or a fly damage i understand that i had to buy that care pakage they sell Not in case of production defect CASE NUMBER CAS-9743933-X1Y1M3 I am asking to DJI repair and send me back my MiniPro 3 for free and somehow refound me the 29 Dollars i had to pay shiping the drone by DHL to the Netherlands TYVMUPDATE Yes I saw DJI email offering me a coupong of 30 Euros if i purchase the double charger for my MINI 3 PRO but this it does not solves my issue my Drone has to be repaired and shiped back to me for free because it was a production defect that caused me to ship me it to DJI Europe for repair DJI MAKE IT SHORT BEHAVE CORRECTLY you know i love your drones I never had problems with you before owner of 2 Mavics UPDATE 2 It seems that DJI is taking a reasonable approach to my issue honoring the warranty I will i keep you informed Update 3-- 19 August 2002 Thanks to DJI Europe Netherlands this problem is now solved in a very good and unaspected way It was a small su king screw that caused this not a flight accident I did whatever i could for don t need to ship my drone to the service Also I purchased their Care Refresh pakage for my Mini3 Pro on my will not asked nor forced for it We love DJI drones the Mini3 Pro is a jewel

One of the best customer care experiences I have ever had
I recently got into drones and purchased a dji mini 3 pro I took out the 2 year care refresh on it being new I thought I mAbsolutely going to crash this so after spending 5 weeks mastering my skills flying over the ocean and all sorts of places I got a little brave over a local lake filming the boat club and while using POI I clipped a branch and the drone dropped into the lake never to be seen again I put in a fly away report with my care refresh and had incredible customer care his name was mike so it took 3 days from the crash and report to me having a brand new mini 3 pro on my doorstep on top of that hearing my story mike threw in a free 128gb sd card as I d obviously lost this with my drone and that was just the icing on the cake because that isn t included with the drone or care refresh Off the back of this amazing experience I have now purchased as DJI pocket 2 creator combo I know the 3 is round the corner but I couldn t wait and I also purchased a 2 year care refresh plan with this too I see a lot of polarising reviews on DJI here but I m happy to report that my experience was something that I d expect from a company like Apple Dji went above and beyond and massively exceeded my expectation considering this was my fault and I was claiming on my care plan
