Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service Have been trying for days to get in contact with them including emails and phone calls as listed on their official DMC website s customer service page Emails go ignored and ALL of my calls at least 20 spread out during their listed business hours and days go to voicemail I got through ONE woman at a department who said that apparently the number on the official website is giving the wrong extension to customer service Wow how super helpful and functional Anyway she transfers me to customer service but says she s on her lunch but she ll call me back if I leave a message Never called back Still no emails Contacted DMC on their official instagram and only got the response of oh email us I ll make sure they answer which of course never happened lol

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Ordered from the website Received confirmation that my order was received I monitored the order for over 2 weeks The status changed to complete for the order but never received information that it was sent Sent and email to customer service did not receive a response After waiting days I call the customer service number and went to voicemail Left a message and SURPRISE received a response on my email advising me that my order did not process so was cancelled and my credit card charge was voided At that time suddenly the status of my order on their site changed to cancelled I replied asking why as I did not cancel it and was is possible to reinstate my purchase as I have now been waiting over 3 weeks since I ordered it A response came back as previously stated it did not process So what does it did not process mean Needless to say went somewhere else for the items I wanted to purchase and not only did I get it quickly it was about 15 less expense I will NEVER purchase another thing from DMC

Placed an Order back in March DMC took my money then never delivered my Order and they always ignore emails DMC are shockingly disgraceful Best Advice I can offer DO NOT EVER PLACE AN ORDER WITH DMC

There is a review under my name for DMC which I did not write in fact I was very disappointed with my order and I am still waiting for a response and a resolution I will probably not order from DMC online again This is the first time I have ever written a negative comment about anything

The management has changed Zero service today
Different management and zero service today If not outright arrogant and obnoxious treatment from new management After over 20 years of being customers we had to slam the door Stay away by all means More reliable companies exist with no harm done

I will never order from DMC again
I will never order from DMC again The price of the storage drawers went down by 20 the day after I placed an order They are not an itty-bitty company If within a few days they should be willing to price match out of courtesy and for customer satisfaction It was the first and last time I will place an order with them
