Google Docs You don t own your data

Google Docs wants your data After working with 5 different support reps they still have not figured out how I can Take my data back They have this tool called google takeout Problem is entire folders with hundreds of files is missing so that doesn t work You can only open those doc files with that account so you can t transfer the files either Back to Microsoft at least I own my word docs and can do anything I want with them

MY STORAGE IS NOT FULL

Google docs keeps saying my storage is full I deleted 10 GB of foto s and now I have only used 5 gb of the 15 gb available Still google docs keep saying my storage is full and I can t do anything This is so frustrating since I need it for school I ve tried everything log-in log-out restart my laptop etc They just want me to pay for more storage or something
