It s a scam and terrible customer service

It s a scam They lure you in with ad credit so you spend 25 and receive 75 ad credit then and additional 50 when you download the app The interface is confusing when you want to pause the campaign as there is no stop button But once you find it it will say You have free ad credit You have xx left in free credits Keep your ad active to redeem them You think ok i will leave it extra days where the campaign costs more hoping that the ad credit reduce which it does but then at the end of the month they charge your card the full amount then say yo it ad credit didn t apply There is clearly a massive technical problem if the system clearly states that ad credit can still be used If ad credit can t be used then simply don t state it Also the clicks are ad bots and it isn t worth using as there are other platforms that is better to invest in advertising Customer service is a nightmare as although they why admit the tech issue above they still won t do anything about it and try to blame you for choosing their services

Now my data breached by Google Anybody else ripped off by Google Ads

Google still hasn t sorted this out On top of taking my hard earned money they say by a third party in other words them they ve now sent me somebody else s email address I can only assume that they ve sent my email address and details to this other person A blatant data breach and they still don t respond Anybody else ripped off by Google Ads Any other small business been damaged by Google Still waiting for Google to resolve this issue I ve been trying to get it resolved since August 2021 They ve taken 239 off me for an ad account I never knew existed and didn t set up which allegedly ran ads Tried to say my data had been stolen by a third party In other words not them Thing is this so called third party only used my data to advertise with Google Strange that It s blatantly obvious that Google have messed up and they owe me a refund

Horrible They charge you whatever they feel like even after you pause or delete your ad I disputed charges with my credit card company and won only to be sent to collections by Google They re lucky its under 100 or I wouldve sent them to small claims court I will still dispute with my credit card company and not waste my time There isn t live chat just phone support with people who don t understand If you have hours to kill and are in need of some stress in your life oh and want to waste over 100 then create an account Ive sent multiple emails to be told this is not the right department fill out this form and it just takes you to FAq with no where to contact anymore So annoying

Worst company to deal with As paying customer you would expect to be able to reach someone The makes it impossible to get hold of a real person to solve your problem I have a billing problem where the overcharged me and the make it impossible to get it resolved Once the have your money you are done The either connect you to only Ad Technical Support in India Once the guy in India was very friendly and tried to connect me to the billing department but the robot just hang up on me because I was not able to type in the account number in 5 seconds Also I don t believe the Ads are very honest As Advertiser the push me to pay 1 per click or more As Media Platform the put so many Ads on my web page but pay me 1 cent per click I would not trust them I will file a Consumer Complaint at the Government Page and see what happens But pretty sure this will not do anything those big corporations are not afraid of the Gov

I received a voucher to start using

I received a voucher to start using Google Ads and just as many people here I was scammed into spending 150 USD out of my own pocket before I can use the voucher After 2 hours of chat with Google Support where they were calling out the opaquely defined fine print that never stated that you need to pay before you use your credit I was trying to explain point by point why the fine print was not clear to a first time user and how I feel scammed into spending money where I did not expect to But the operator was adamant about getting rid of me He was not allowing me to speak to any other operator or his manager What a disappointment for a company like Google to use this kind of tricks on their customers and having this low level of customer support
