Cheap classy devices from Doogee After using the N30 I really felt different towards the brand A lot of hard work went into the device and I appreciate that

No updates no customer service Got 3 phones whit problems that they don t solve when i bought them newHope they support the new gen phones longer than the other ones

Bought a Doogee X30 - Screen is really too big and easily dropped and cracked as it is not Gorilla glass or toughened against breakage Also a common fault on Doogee phones once the battery drains fully it can stop charging and can then make the phone look like it is faulty but if you charge the battery externally with a separate charger i have found it fixes the issue Dropped mine once and even with a tough rubber cover the screen digitizer was damaged so not very rugged and once you have added a good few apps its slow and buggy as hell - Ok for the average user with one or two apps on it but not for us techies with 30 or 40 apps - I prefer my old Nokia 435 it has lasted ten years longer than this one and is faster and and more reliable and doesnt suck the battery like these things do

The screen is working ok but suddenly it desides to strart going from down to up Just restart the display and it fixes The Youtube video quality is super good I like it a lotbut the really bad thing is I cannot connect it to my pc Like what the fluff what is this

I purchased a Doogee s96 in January 2021 The experience is mixed I love the features The phone and cameras work well including all installed apps The reception is good However when recording videos the volume is low They sent an update that helped some But not enough It s a software issue because the volume is great on installed voice recorder apps That issue revealed that their customer support is problematic They take several days to respond And the answers seem pre-packaged I could live with that weakness if that was all The battery life is excellent I can get 2 days of heavy use of web surfing and social media - 3 or more with mostly phone use I ve dropped it on concrete a few times with no damage However about a week ago my speaker started deteriorating That s unacceptable That s the main reason I downgraded it Otherwise I would have given it at least 4 stars I don t know if the failed speaker is typical or rare But it s the only phone I ve ever had where the speaker failed It s a shame because the speaker produced good volume until it started to fail I m going to replace it with another and see how the replacement holds up Then I ll update UPDATE I purchased a replacement recently Thus far it s working great The speaker works better than the original ever did The quality of the sound on recorded videos is better too Maybe there was something wrong with the first one from day one We ll see how well it holds up over time But I m pleased thus far I also ordered a replacement speaker for my original just in case Im waiting to see how this one holds up before I give a better rating Stay tuned 2nd update It is now October 2021 The phone is still holding up i ve gotten a chance to evaluate the camera and video It s better than expected However it s still nearly impossible to hear a coherent response from Doogee is you have any questions I d give them 5 stars if I was confident theyd respond in a timely manner if there was a serious problem

Have owned the 96 Pro since February When serching for my next phone I was looking for a rugged all-rounder Early in my ownership there was a problem with the night vision camera After contacting Doogee they sent two software updates problem fixed Last week my screen cracked after a small drop Had no luck trying to contact Doogee Bought a replacement screen for 70 AU The phone repairer had a horrible time removing the old screen He thought it was one of the most solid phones he had ever seen Now my external speaker is totally shot Only an old Am radio hissing sound So no Alarm or you tube I purchased a replacement speaker with some upgrades to the original for 18 AU The repair man had a good look at the speaker and said it was full of dust and badly damaged Tried to fix but no good The cost of new screen speaker and fitting has come too over 230 AU so far Will be in the bin if anyore faults

My wife and I have had the Y9 plus for the last two years with differing experiences My wife s phone has pitiful signal strength and can drop calls every few seconds at times whilst mine has performed OK but the screen cracked overnight whilst on charge It cracked from the camera lens which isn t any sort of impact point and besides it was on the bedside cabinet in it s leather case I don t know if this is a common fault but I have heard of screens breaking on their own No sign of any swelling or any form of impact Strange but it was less than 70 and it will cost that and more to repair it New phone time

Recently and I am so glad that I got to know about touch mobile such rugged mobiles I am in love With these mobile I haven t used it that s why I am giving three stars but if I get the opportunity to use I definitely an box it on my Instagram account Such beautiful mobile but I got the lot of complaint that display should be more good so I would like to to give feedback to the company to make display better in rocket phones
