Your so called good will gesture replacement did not materialise

01 04 24This is a reply to Dorri s kind offer dated 13 3 24 which appears to be a hoax and did not materialise Your various delivery dates by Amazon did no happen I did not ask Dorri nor expected Dorri to replace the very salty olives but since Dorri instigated this offer as a good will and customer relation exercise I expect Dorri to keep its promise By the way I contacted Dorri by email but for some reason there s no reply 22 01 24This is my second batch of 3kg of Dorri pitted kalamata olives The first batch of ordered a few months ago were very tasty However this present batch is far too salty and I m a bit disappointed I have tried storing them in pure virgin oil and I hope that it will reduce the saltiness we shall see I hope it does so that I can the upgrade the rating

Not happy with your customer service

Not happy with your customer service after having my delivery not arriving at my home Also the fizzy sweets far too many water melons and bubblegum bottles well over half of the 1kg bag

Dark chocolate Brazil nuts dissapointed

Brazil nuts tasty and fresh but dissapointed in the quality of dark chocolate will not buy again

I really really like their cheese cashews Most of the time Sometimes the quality can vary - a while back they tasted like dry-roasted cashews that had then had a cheese flavouring on them Strange But quality has been much better recently Also they ve closed my account But I can check out as a guest Website does need some work

Not roasted much nuts were still soft and not much salt Will be going back to my old brand more expensive but worth it

Fudge - passable

Was a little underwhelming as a luxury buy and actually morrisons supermarket fudge I d say is slightly better Website was also buggy and didn t apply my intro voucher properly

Very late to receive parcel

Very late to receive parcel It should be within 2 working days but I have it later than that Brazil nuts are not worth for the price The salted nuts are also not expected as good as it is However the mix nuts with berries are good

The product came in very good condition packaged very well the same as in the picture but unfortunately it was too salty

The juts are normally really crunchy and fresh this current bag has a strange taste almost Herby It isn t the usual quality I m afraid to say

Honest review

I received the order promptly but I am afraid I was very disappointed The Mint Turkish Delight was very weak in mint flavour and the coffee Turkish delight had an artificial coffee taste
