Quick delivery high quality product My only concern is the use of bubble wrap and delivery in 2 boxes it would be much better if packaging could be more sustainable no single use plastic It will would be 5 stars

Easy ordering and prompt delivery exactly when told to expect it The olives are good but the Katefi dry and poor Hereford I should have recorded 4 stars but was unable to go back a page to ammend the review

Dorri always delivers quickly and have competitive prices I like the mixed flavour selection I was a little disappointed with the rose and lemon It depends on the batch they have but I prefer the waxy texture on these not the gummy ones That is just my preference but quality is very good though I will purchase again just the mixed though and chocolate covered nuts They re fab

The delivery was okay

The delivery was okay But then 4 star to the delivery guys Dorri for some reason has stopped the honey roasted walnuts that s the reason I even came to know dorri in the first place I request u to start offering them again There isn t much point otherwise Another thing is the black box for gifts is more nicer than the brown one Thx

Unable to now buy Mint Turkish Delight in shops they no longer stock it Such a pity yours is still Spearmint for flavouring PEPPERMINT WOULD BE MUCH MORE REFRESHING

Receiving too many email before the item arrives And none of them except the last one gave us information about WHEN the item will arrive so just irritating I think that the buyer only need one email when you could tell us WHEN it will be delivered

your service is excellent

your service is excellent but this is the third purchase in the past months and the quality of the figs has been deteriorating slightly this last batch has a higher rate of infestation I open every fig and check for infestation

Always had good quality products and customer service from Dorri I have on more than one occasion received one item rather than two as highlighted on the picking sheet hence 4 stars but these errors are speedily rectified Would recommend

Easy ordering and good selection of foods not usually available from high street supermarkets As a first time user I checked Trustpilot reviews first before placing an order My only negative was I did not receive any further updates regarding the order after the first confirmation email So no idea if when order would be despatched However after contacting their customer service received a very prompt reply to advise despatch details Arrived as promised and well packed Will definitely use again

The pickled vegetables were delicious

The pickled vegetables were delicious but seemed a little pricy I also bought similarly sized jars of pickled vegetables from a local Middle-Eastern shop for a fraction of the price but they were nowhere near as good I guess you have to pay for quality
